Beautiful location, awesome views and beautiful pool.
Pros: Great location, awesome view, beautiful pool, well equiped, clean and very confortable. The personel was very friendly and collaborative, they helped us with our luggage and showed us around.
Cons: The dining table was a bit unconfortable, it was too hard, specially for my parents. There was a water leak in the secondary bathroom behind the sink, and another one coming from the fridge, so we had to leave a towel during all our stay there.

Agradable y bien ubicado.
Pros: Limpieza, amabilidad de colaboradores, ubicación, ambiente.
Cons: El ascensor no siempre estaba funcionando durante la estancia. Pero si pudimos subir y bajar maletas al llegar y al irnos.

Perfecta!!
Pros: El lugar reúne una serie de características que lo hace perfecto. Con todas las comodidades, muy bien cuidado, totalmente equipado, limpieza de primera, tranquilo, ubicación perfecta y todo el staff del lugar súper amables y dedicados a que la estancia se la mejor!!
Cons: Lo único que podría mejorar es la hora de check in 4 pm y check out 10 am, ya que normalmente en otras estancias es 3 pm y 11 am.

Sehr entspannte Tage in einem gemütlichen Surrounding!
Pros: Sehr saubere und geräumige Unterkunft mit toll ausgestatteter Küche! Die Betten sehr bequem und die Dusche super! Sehr genossen haben wir auch die Lage am Strand und den Pool! Alles ist in Reichweite, Supermärkte, Strandbad und Restaurants! Der Strand ein Traum!!!
Cons: Waschmaschine hat nicht funktioniert aber das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und nahm unsere Wäsche entgegen!

Excelente lugar para pasar unas vacaciones relajadas en familia, disfrutamos mucho. Esperamos volver pronto.
Pros: Limpieza de las instalaciones, villa amplia y muy bien equipada, linda vista al mar, mucha paz y tranquilidad en las villas y áreas comunes, excelente ubicación.
Cons: Check in muy tarde, parqueo no incluido (hay que pagar por aparte y el parqueo está fuera del condominio), filtración de agua de agua de lluvia en la segunda habitación.

Muy bien todo, cómodo limpio y agradable.
Pros: Me gustó mucho la ubicación del lugar, muy cerca de la playa y con acceso directo a la línea de playa.
Cons: El hecho de que el parqueo sea tan caro y que debería de estar incluído dentro del precio de la estadía. Difícilmente se visita un condominio moviendose en transporte público.

Nice family-friendly place to stay in Jaco.
Pros: Mini splits were easy to use and keep the rooms cool. We felt very safe. Local staff were friendly. Super close to the beach. Safe place to park our rental car. Nice pool. Mostly quiet. Nice view of the ocean from the balconies. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Lots of channels on the TV for when the kids wanted to watch something. Kitchen had plenty of glasses, plates, and pots for us to fix basic items to eat.
Cons: We asked for additional washcloths and kitchen towels, but never received them. Drier hose was not attached to the exterior wall or the drier so the laundry room got very hot and humid when we ran the drier the first time. We tried stuffing the hose in the wall vent and the drier hole, but it fell out a couple of times. It needs to be clamped on both ends. The dishwasher was broken, and there were parts just sitting inside it, so we had to hand wash dishes (which really wasn't a problem for us. We're used to handwashing on trips, but the owners likely will want to get that fixed for later renters.) There was a water leak through an old outlet cover in the small bedroom when it rained. There were three lightbulbs out in the larger bathroom which made it hard to see in the mirror. Vacasa sent an employee when we reported the water leak, and I showed him the other repair needs that I had previously reported. He said he would come back the next day with lightbulbs, and we did see him on the property the next day, but he did not return to our apartment.
