Relaxing enjoyable stay

Pros: Spacious apartment, very comfortable bed and pillows. Great pool. Hotel is set back from the road, so nice And quite. good secure parking. Two great beaches nearby. Next door to a good supermarket. Freddie and staff very helpful

Cons: Hard to fault.

Good value, nice place to stay near to spectacular flamingo beach

Pros: Good value for money. Apartment has everything you need and the area around - also. Pool area is surrounded by greenery which gives you tropical jungle feeling even though you are basically in urban area. Good infrastructure. I liked that they have secured roofed parking on the area.

Cons: It could be cleaned a bit better. Light swiches were very dirty and also some stains on the bedsheets.

Lovely place for a few days chilling with family or friends

Pros: Loved the pool area and having a kitchen, Staff where lovely and super helpful. It was perfect for us as we just wanted a super chill few days to hang out with family. Lots of bugs but the location of the flat is the reason nothing to do with the resort itself and facilities are super basic again enough for us but maybe not some. Supermarket at the entrance was amazing but beware of its super high prices.

Enjoyed it every minute

Pros: This beautiful property is in a quiet area, just steps from a supermarket and a short walk to Flamingo Beach. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking, the bed is comfy, the air conditioning is refreshing, and the pool is right at your doorstep. Frederick is a welcoming and helpful host. I loved my stay and will definitely return!

Pros: Very nice family location. We loved the swimming pool. Walk to the beach is 5 minutes. Super market is next door!

Pros: Clean, comfortable and quiet! Pool is beautiful with a warerfall and lots of pretty plants all around the property. Supermarket is right next door. Freddy will help you with whatever you need.

A good place for us to stay one night for a scuba trip at Playa Flamingo.

Pros: Very nice welcome from Frederick, the host & owner. Easy car parking in shade. Apartment / room was large, with kitchenette, which was useful. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Easy to locate on the road into Playa Flamingo.

Beautiful property close to amazing beaches

Pros: Spacious accommodation with lounge, well equipped kitchen and comfortable balcony to sit out on overlooking the pool. Frederick and Nancy were brilliant and friendly hosts. Nancy even used her superb sewing skills to fix a hole in our hire car seat….above and beyond expected service. Well stocked supermarket next door to property. Walking distance to 3 restaurants on the beach (great for sunsets) and a short drive to Flamingo and Conchal (the best) beach. This was our 6th accommodation during our 3 week trip around Costa Rica and was one of our favourites. Recommend without hesitation.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.
