We would definitely recommend this place to others and would be happy to stay here again.
Pros: Wonderfull terrasse on the top of the buillding with an outstanding view over Samara Beach. Nice pool and free loundry facilities. Quick response from Danny and Alejandro if needed.
Cons: The driveway to the appartment was tricky, and there are no signs to it. Perhaps you should consider taking some photos of it and put it on the description .

Omg amazing the place is big and very clean. The view to die for , the pool was one of my favorite p
Pros: I think we where a bit early so we where given access to the room to store our bags.
Cons: There is no signs to the property on the roads leading there or on the turn up the hills or gate. And no sign on the building. Definitely needed !!!; google maps put me in the right direction thu....

Did not want to leave.
Pros: Such a beautiful view, excellent location and fantastic staff. Originally we only planned on staying for 3 nights, but ended up staying 7 nights. The pool area is superb, there are bikes and surfboards that you can use for free. Danny was such a brilliant host. He responded immediately to requests. At the bottom of the street there is a bakery called Roots. They serve the best breakfast. Also, don’t forget to feed the cat is there. She is so sweet and seems to be a thing that travellers buy cat food from the supermarket and keep her water and feed bowls (next to the washing machine) topped up. ❤️
Cons: Nothing. Amazing. One improvement would be to put information about bikes, surfboard and washing machine in rooms. Unfortunately, we hired a surf board. It is so generous of the property and I think it is a selling point.

Excellent stay in a brand new place with great ocean views.
Pros: Top view over Samar beaches. Very secluded but the town is in walking distance (10 Minutes). The infinity pool is excellent to view parts of the sunset. Enjoyed the community barbecue area on the rooftop with an outdoor kitchen and seating and a even better ocean view. A fully equipped kitchen, so no worries for cooking your own food. Laundry (washer, dryer),Alexa Amazon Music, Netflix, Wifi provided at no extra charge. Host and local service personnel very accessible and responsive - great communication.
Cons: We were the first tenants in the appartement. A couple of minor things were not finished (i.e wardrobe / closet in the bedrooms).

Pros: Appartement moderne et très bien équipé, belle vue sur la mer, belle piscine. Des transats étaient à disposition pour les amener sur la plage. Il manquait juste un bon petit-déjeuner pour que ça soit parfait !
Cons: Petite marche de ~10min jusqu'à la mer, les 50 derniers mètres un peu raides, je pense pas très adapté à des personnes à mobilité réduite, quoique nous avons vu des gens monter avec une voiturette de golf donc ça se loue peut être quelque part.

Great place! Lovely views!
Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Bed was great, couches are nice, kitchen was excellent. The outdoor areas (rooftop and 1st floor pool) were excellent! Beautiful views and great places to hang out at.
Cons: Nothing I didn’t like about the property. Only thing I’ll say is that last section of the hill to get there is pretty steep. It’s dirt and rock so you need a capable vehicle and if you walk it you need to be in good shape.

Amazing!
Pros: Väldigt fint boende med en fantastisk utsikt över Samara. Lägenheten kändes i princip ny, allt väldigt fräscht och med det ett bra kök. Den gemensamma ytan på översta våningen med grillmöjligheter, pingisbord och soffgrupper blev som en bonus och en fin plats att se solnedgången ifrån. Att gå ner till Samara tog ca 10. minuter. Vi tog också surflektioner med härliga Alejandro som är fastighetsvärd och alltiallo vilket vi starkt kan rekommendera.

Beau site très propre avec une vue magnifique !
Pros: Emplacement parfait ! En hauteur mais à 5 minutes de marche de la ville/plage. Construction récente, fonctionnel et très propre ! Vue parfaite pour le petit déjeuner et l'apéro. Que dire de la piscine ! Wow !!
Cons: Seul petit hic: Ajouter un grille pain et remplacement de la cafetière car la nôtre ne fonctionnait pas. Savon à vaiselle et linge pour vaisselle manquants. Nous aurions pu leur écrire par contre. Je pense qu'ils sont très disponibles mais bon nous nous sommes arrangés.

Magnifique et fonctionnel
Pros: Une vue magnifique, appartement recent et fonctionnel, piscine avec vue, a deux pas mais avec un peu de dénivelé du centre ville, une equipe aux petits soins. Ideal meme pour famille !
