Consigliatissimo

Cons: Nulla

Pros: Location is great, close to many restaurants. Area is very walkable. The main bed was very comfortable. There was a washer / dryer which was very useful. The apartment is clean and the facilities of the building were excellent! The provided air mattress made this stay much more enjoyable. The host was very helpful. The view from the building rooftop was great, and the gym facilities were also good.

Cons: Washer dryer was a bit complicated to use. It took a very long time to dry clothes. The couch that folds into a bed is extremely uncomfortable as a bed. Even when the windows were closed the sounds from outside were very present, and the party went on until 4:30 a.m. on Friday night. The host only accepted cash for payment which was a bit inconvenient and caused an additional $7 surcharge to use the ATM.
