Peaceful, really clean, safe the host had been great

Pros: The host was amazing—always in contact and very attentive. The host was always in contact and very attentive to everything. The place is beautiful, safe, and peaceful. The pool was spotless and perfect for the whole family. The room, the bed, the pillows, and all the amenities were excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Comfortable stay

Pros: The owners were having a pool built at Miniapartemento el Guanacaste, so we took up their offer of staying at their other property, Casa Brisa Marina (also on booking.com), to which these comments relate. Diego had very good English and was exceptionally helpful. I had very good WhatsApp communication with him and he made useful suggestions about things to do. The property was in a good location for exploring the coast - we particularly liked Playa Conchal, Playa Junquillal and the boardwalk to Playa Avellanas. Casa Brisa Marina has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Plentiful supply of hot water for showers. Well equipped kitchen - particularly liked the 2 ring induction hob. Unfortunately the oven wasn't working while we were there. Good outdoor seating. Bed was comfortable. Lots of electrical sockets.

Cons: There was nowhere to hang clothes - a clothes railward or wardrobe would be useful. There wasn't much storage space - just a shelf in each bedroom. A bedside table or cupboard etc would be a useful addition. A washing line, or clothes airer would be another useful addition.

The owners are good communicators and made self check in very easy. The side by side apartments are set in a lovely gard

Pros: It was nicely appointed with a pool for cooling off after a hot drive. We used the outdoor kitchen and found it had most things needed to make dinner and breakfast. The bed was comfortable. Good A/C. The location worked for us.

Pros: Las instalaciones, la privacidad del sitio, limpieza, área de piscina, excelente.

Cons: Falta un mueble para acomodar la ropa dentro de la habitación.

Une excellente adresse !

Pros: Chambre très jolie (il faut reconnaître que souvent les chambres au Costa Rica sont décorées à l’ancienne, ici c’est moderne et soigné). La piscine juste devant ça fait un bien fou vu les chaleurs ici. Cuisine et terrasse extérieure pratiques et bien équipé. Le propriétaire est très sympathique. Le lieu est suffisamment loin de la route principale pour être totalement silencieux. Je recommande 👍👏

Quiet, comfortable, and modern

Pros: A lovely place to stay outside of Tamarindo: quiet neighborhood, beautiful property, friendly owner and dogs. The apartment itself was spacious, well decorated, comfortable, and modern. Gated parking, full kitchen with supplies, nice garden to hang out in. Overall a great value for the price, highly recommend!

Cons: Pretty much liked everything!

A great host for a great place

Pros: The host was very friendly. With a great english, it was easy to communicate with.

Cons: The walls were a bit thin, we could easily hear outside.

Quiet and comfortable

Pros: Great spot -- quiet and NOT on a main road. Hosts are super friendly and the room and facilities are very clean and comfortable. As a bonus for me: the puppies are a lot of fun.

Cons: Warmer water for the shower porfa.

Súper relajante

Pros: Me gustó la ubicación y la tranquilidad que había para poder descansar, además de que contaba con aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo, la instalación estaba muy limpia y todo súper ordenado.

Cons: En realidad no tengo quejas del lugar.

Pros: Very nice and comfortable room, a place to park, nice little space with a counter. No TV, except in the outdoor kitchen. Also know hot water, but you get used to that traveling in Costa Rica! All in all, I would write this experience very highly.

Cons: No TV in the room and no hot water. Perfect except for that.
