El Diria 301- Ocean View 3 Bedroom Condo

Pros: Our party was composed of seven persons - two parents, two 18yo, 14yo, 13yo and 10yo.The location was just across the street from the beach and also in the middle of where stuff happens in Tamarindo. The pool is large and very comfortable and it helped take the extra energy the kids had at the end of the day. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked with cooking pans and utensils and even had a gas grill on the balcony. The apartment also had several items you could take to the beach, like towels, beer cooler, beach folding chairs, and some beach games. At night the kids played a couple of board games and cards. The washer and dryer were a plus, as well as the dishwasher, especially with the large family.

Cons: It took us a while to find the button for the garbage disposal (it is right above the door of the dishwasher kind of hidden). It also took a while to understand how to program the safe (to reset it, just keep pressed a red button inside the safe door). I later found instructions for the safe, but I think they were not accurate. Unfortunately, we had to figure this things out by ourselves since we arrived at night, after office hours and we didn't want to disturb calling the number for after hours. We did send a message though, but as we expected, it was answered the next day.

Pros: Location is great, priced appropriately, access to the Diria pool and breakfast is great. Monkeys in the trees off the balcony was really cool.

Cons: This property is priced below others in the same complex so you accept some minor issues. The place could have been a bit more clean. It was a little dark compared to the pictures. The spiral staircase to the loft is very difficult for anyone over 5'5\

Buena opción en Tamarido

Pros: La ubicación es buena y el uso de las instalaciones del grupo Diriá es muy cómodo

Cons: La escalera caracol al tercer dormitorio es incómoda para subir/bajar y para las maletas. Deben ser más ancha y con otro diseño.

Pros: Habitaciones comodas y bien equipadas al igual que la cocina. La piscina del complejo es muy agradable.

Cons: Fui de paseo con adultos mayores y había que subir a un tercer piso sin ascensor para llegar al apartamento. No hubo ningún problema, pero podrían aclararlo en el anuncio.

Amazing views and location made this a must stay spot in Tamarindo.

Pros: Amazing property. Amazing location. Beautifully landscaped. Howler monkeys and iguanas residents. Amazing views. Kids club was awesome for our little ones. Pool was awesome.

Cons: The unit was a bit dark/dated but it had everything we needed! Also the hot tub wasn’t very hot.

Pros: Easy access out the side gate to local restaurants and shops.

Séjour tout confort au cœur de Tamarindo

Pros: L’emplacement idéal au cœur de Tamarindo. La terrasse offre une vue magnifique sur la mer. La piscine est parfaite et très bien entretenue.

Cons: Les équipement vieillissant de l’appartement: climatisation bruyante, porte fenêtre très « fatiguée » l’appartement dans son ensemble mériterait un raffermissement.

Pros: Nos encantó el condominio y la ubicación del departamento. La piscina demasiado buena y entretenida. Muy recomendable.

Pros: Great location…. Secured facilities with amazing pool area. Property was very well kept up
