Pros: The hotel is right in the center of Nuevo Arenal. There are restaurants and bars very close by. The rooms are small but good for the price ratio. The owner is very helpful and friendly and is reachable via whatsapp for any inquiries and responds quickly. We felt very comfortable and taken care of during our stay even without reception.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The location was fantastic for my needs. The owner was very attentive and accommodated all of my requests. The small kitchen was useful for a morning coffee or a quick snack. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Lovely room that was nice and cool even without A/C. Super clean. Amazing views over the roofs to the west so great sunsets from the balcony. Clean and well equipped kitchen. We ate in the restaurant downstairs and enjoyed the food a lot.
