Pros: Comfortable room and private terrace. Close to the beach. Free water and coffee.

Pros: Very nice and welcoming people. Brilliant location, 2 minute walk to the beach. The deck chairs was a nice touch.

Cons: It was all great.

Super location

Pros: Great access to the beach. Beach chairs and boogie boards available FOC. Comfortable room. Owners provide comprehensive information and local knowledge about a variety of activities and local restaurants.

Cons: There is construction happening next door so best to be off the property during the day. And yes, the toilet does require sitting down almost ‘side saddle’.

Amazing

Pros: Location location On the quieter end of the town. 1 minute to beachfront. Boogie Boards and deck chairs available to borrow. 2 minutes to supermarket. Attentive hosts. If we ever came again we would stay there again.

Cons: - Have mossie repellent.

Pros: Each room has a patio with a hammock, sofa, and a few tables. I loved spending time in my hammock, reading and listening to birds in the trees nearby.

Cons: I was misled by the listing and thought I was paying for a private kitchen. This wasn't the case, but the shared kitchen was well stocked and there are only three rooms sharing the kitchen so I never had an issue with others using it when I needed to.

Pros: Very comfortable, clean and spacious rooms, great location close to the beach and just a short walk from the center. Perfect communication and very helpful hosts ☺️

Pros: We had a great stay at Casa del sol. The room was very clean, communication was easy and the location was in walking distance from all the restaurants and bars but still in a quiet area. The beach was only 2 minutes away.

Quiet, safe oasis in the bustle of Tamarindo

Pros: Great location away from the noise, rooms were lovely, property was well maintained and security was excellent. The staff were also very helpful!

Cons: Pictures/description are slightly misleading - toiletries are not provided like in the pictures and the kitchen is one shared kitchen and not part of the room

A perfect location

Pros: A clean and sandy beach just across the road and the downtown is a few minutes walk away. I'd love to stay there longer next time.

Pros: Very close to the beach, literally across the road. Clean room, comfortable bed, good A/C, nice bathroom with hot shower. Fridge in the room. Kitchen has cold and hot water for drinking, and the necessary you need to cook basic meals. You have your own little patio with a sofa, table and chairs and a hammock.

Cons: The kitchen could do with a revamp and some more utensils. But it's good enough for a few days. The room can be a little noisy as it's next to the road, but at night the road is quiet, so we didn't have a problem.
