Lovely modern stay in good location

Pros: Lovely family, very modern and well stocked kitchen. Ideal location for the bus, tracopa stop nearby and then the bus to palmar Norte for drake bay right next to it to, ideal for what we needed

Cons: No issue for us, but may need to take stairs to get to 2nd floor

Genuine local vibe

Pros: The owner, Wendy, is super nice, warm and welcoming. On the first night, as we were about to go and eat out, she invited us for a homemade Costa Rican meal. Every morning she made us Costa Rican coffee. This place is not about luxury and modernism, it’s for those who appreciate being surrounded by nature and locals and looking for an authentic experience.

Pros: Had the best host! Pretty outside area, well equipped kitchen and enough space in the rooms. Very close to the bus station and the supermarket. Really enjoyed out stay!

Cons: A bit far from the beach, but there was no problem catching an uber.

loved it home from home

Pros: I came for a day and stayed for a week after a month travelling by public transport and staying in various hotels it was a welcome break to find a place I actually felt at home in. it's very handy place to take time out if your on your way down to osa peninsula. it's a couple of streets behind the highway so you don't hear the traffic but it's minutes walk to supermarket pharmacy restaurants ect. bit further to the beach but easily walkable or you can get an uber or taxi if you wanted to. the host Wendy is really lovely it's like iv known her for years. the outside kitchen is perfect for just chilling and watching the beautiful birds come to feeding table.

Cons: nothing I would have stayed longer if I didn't have deadlines to meet.

Pros: Nice place. Bed was comfy. Pool is great. Common areas are good to chat with other guests. Could park my bike securely. Wendy is a great host.

Pros: The manager Wendy is very warm, friendly and helpful. It was like meeting an old friend. The place is 5 minutes walk from town and bus stop. Room was very comfortable. The outdoor undercovered kitchen has everything you need. I only have good things to say about this place.

Great relaxing stay

Pros: For two weeks of my trip in Costarica was looking for a place to rest and relax. That was this place. Room and bed was comfy enough, very nice common space with a lot of places to hang out. Good vi-fi and very nice staff. Quiet! Would come back surely!

Cons: A hammock in shade would make me fully happy😉 in case of planning visits to the beach this place is a half an hour walk away.

Amazing atmosphere

Pros: The atmosphere was amazing. The owner made us fresh fruits and Costa Rican coffee in the morning. We had a lovely conversation with her and a Canadian couple. The owner is lovely and speaks good english. In our long world travel, this place made us feel a bit like home. We now understand the phrase 'pura vida'. Also the room was clean and comfortable and the kitchen seemed well equiped.

Cons: the AC was loud but the host resolved it and gave us a quiet room. It was all good!
