Beautiful and comfortable Two Bedrooms Beach Condo

Pros: Within walking distance to the beach and some shops, large living room and dinning area to relax at the end of the day. Having two bathrooms was handy for our group of 5. Nice balcony. We liked that it was a 2 story with the bedrooms up stairs and kitchen downstairs. Some of us in our group are early risers so it was nice being able to enjoy a coffee without waking the rest of the house up.

Cons: You arnt able to park very close to your room which wasnt a big deal for us but may be for some. It's in a gated area and where only given one gate fob , a second one would be ideal when our group split up to do different activities. These units are all attached so the odd time you do hear noises from other units , typical of a condo I suppose and just something we arnt used to. This was the most expensive of our 6 accomodation places this trip, we quickly realised coco is simply an expensive area and will probably look for something on the outskirts more immersed in nature next time, not necessarily a negative of this apartment but something to keep in mind.

Perfect Condo in Paradise

Pros: The home was perfect, very spacious, clean & cozy. There are 3 pools very close to the condo, 6 pools in total. The main pool is amazing we spent every day there. The staff & neighbors are very friendly & helpful.

Cons: There wasn't really anything that we didn't like. We had a little bit of an issue with the plumbing but that could have been from the rain storm that we had which management pointed that out, they preferred if you throwed the toilet paper in the garbage instead of in the toilet because the toilet paper could plug it up as well. Also we had a little bit of an issue with the AC in the livingroom main floor but they were working on that right away. If you have an issue with anything, just message management. It may sometimes take them a little bit of time to respond, but they do get back pretty quickly.

Way Beyond our expectations

Pros: Everything was beyond what we expected. We thought we had one bathroom but there were two. Beautiful place and excellent help from property manager - she was easy to reach and helped us with activities and other things. This place has 6 beautiful pools- we used three of them and it was do quiet and oeaceful like no one else was around.

Cons: Nothing -everything was amazing!

Pros: We liked the easy check in and the amount of space you get and the pool.

Cons: The sofas and outdoor furniture wasn't the most comfortable for relaxing in.

We had a great stay at Coco Sunset Hills!

Pros: We liked the spaciousness of the apartment, the balcony, the washer and dryer, and the kitchen. The property with its many pools was also very nice!

Well equipped condo at a great location

Pros: Very spacious condo, well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is great, close to the beach and some good restaurants.

Cons: The only possible points I can think off is that there was no dishwasher and that it is a bit of a long walk to the center of Coco, but honestly said I didn’t really mind either of them

Zeer ruim en compleet apartement

Pros: Veel zwembaden, zeer ruim en goed ingericht. Alles is aanwezig in de keuken en woonkamer. Zeer comfortabel. Veilig en en dicht bij alle activiteiten (duiken, snorkeltour, restaurants). Wasmachine en droger aanwezig. Wel smalle bedden.

Cons: Wat groot/ onpersoonlijk en amerikaans, auto nodig om overal te komen.

Nice stay with my family

Pros: Very secure and clean place. Several nice pools for swimming and comfortable.

Cons: Some minor Internet problems.

Pros: Volvimos porque el lugar es muy acogedor y la verdad está cargado de paz y tranquilidad

Viaje en familia con una adulta mayor.

Pros: El lugar es moderno, espacioso y muy bien equipado. La seguridad es muy buena, esta cerca a la playa y super o lugares de comida. Muy bien recomendado para familias, mucha opción de piscina.

Cons: El lugar es muy bonito, cerca a la playa o lugares de comida, bien seguro pero es algo incomodo en términos de parqueo y acceso para adultos mayores o personas con algún tema de movilidad reducida.
