Pros: Great views, friendly staff, swimming pool, great location. Overall very pleasent experience. Addionally, special thanks to the owner of the place, who was kind enough to transport coffee (important souvenir) we left by accident, to our car rental's office.

Pros: Amazing views and location. Spacious. Good jacuzzi and pool.
Cons: Needs some updating/attention e.g. fridge freezer is missing door shelves, not enough plates and bowls.

Pros: The view is amazing. We were waisted because everything we saw during the hikes couldn’t compete with our place. And lot’s of Kolibri’s and butterflies in the garden.
Cons: The beds, matrasses and some cooking material need replacement. But thats a detail compared to the location.

Best spot in the Arenal area!
Pros: Die Lage ist einzigartig, vielleicht die beste, die man rund um den Arenal bekommen kann. Die Anlage (wo es noch ein größeres Haus gibt) ist sehr schön und so bepflanzt, dass viele Vögel angelockt werden. Es gibt eine eigene Beobachtungsplattform, ein gemeinschaftlich genutzter Jacuzzi, Schwimmbad und großer überdachter Freisitz mit Grill. Ron als Host war wundervoll, er hat sich all unserer Anliegen angenommen und viele Informationen über die Gegend vermittelt.
Cons: Das Haus und auch Teile der Einrichtung sind in die Jahre gekommen und sollten renoviert werden. Das gilt auch für den Kühlschrank und der Herd, die beide ausgetauscht werden sollten. Wir waren eine Woche in dem kleineren Haus mit zwei Schlafzimmern. In dieser Zeit hätte man jede Reinigung, dazu gehört auch das Leeren der Mülltonnen und leeren der Eimer für Toilettenpapier separat buchen müssen. Wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt, dennoch wären sicher abschließbare Fenster und auch ein Safe wünschenswert.

Cons: Lots of bugs, but you are in the jungle. Woke up to a couple bugs on way to bathroom in middle of night, lol!

Beautiful, peaceful, clean. We just wish there were screens on the windows we could leave open.
Pros: The property was nestled on a beautiful hill with awesome 360 degree views. Beautiful gardens and pool.
Cons: Bugs- None of the doors or windows had screens on them so you can either choose to open the beautiful windows and let numerous bugs in or keep all the windows and doors closed and use the AC. It would have been great to open up the windows but there were so many bugs outside at night that we couldn't.

Best views in all of Arenal area
Pros: Best views of Volcan Arenal and Lake Arenal in the entire area. Gorgeous landscaping. Loved the hot tub. Agustin the manager was very responsive and helpful.
Cons: House was very clean when we arrived, but over the course of several days we got a lot of little bugs in the bathroom. Not a big deal and to be expected in the rainforest environment, but daily housekeeping would make the space feel even more luxurious.

Séjour inoubliable au calme avec une vue splendide !
Pros: Tout était parfait lors de notre séjour dans cette somptueuse propriété ! Accueil sympathique, accès facile à la villa par une voie privée (et goudronnée) et magnifique panorama sur le volcan et lac Arenal. Piscine et jacuzzi impeccable. Spot d'observation ornithologique hors pair !
Cons: Il faut réfléchir pour trouver un point faible et rien de consistant ne me vient à l'esprit !
