It was a great stay! The personnel was kind and the house had everything that was needed

Pros: The organisation of the structure: the house had everything that was needed to enjoy a relaxing holiday, the nearby city centre of fortuna was great, safe and typical. And the Jacuzzi changes everything!!!

Pros: Great garden and pool. The kids loved it and it was nice for family and friends. Great place, very nice and responsive host

Cons: It doesn’t have a dishwasher but I guess that’s normal in Latin and Central America

Cons: Advertised as 3 bathrooms, however not specified that 3rd bathroom was technically an outside toilet which we wouldn’t have booked had we known with 7 people. Not acceptable to have a non English speaking person to check us in when I had been communicating in English on messages leading up to it snd not one mention of needing to speak Spanish. The sofa beds were barely beds snd no pillows provided for them. Plus no drapes or curtains in the lounge area where the men slept.

Pros: Ein sehr großzügiges Grundstück mit einem schönen Garten, Pool und Jacuzzi, einem großzügig überdachten Essensbereich im Freien. Alles, was man brauchte, war vorhanden, inklusive Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Lage ist super, um Ausflüge in die Umgebung nach la Fortuna zu machen. Die Einrichtung mit großer Küche, Wohnzimmer und ansprechenden modernen Bädern war sehr schön! Es gibt einen guten Platz, das Auto sicher vor dem Haus abzustellen, mit einem großen Tor vor der Einfahrt.

Cons: Es gibt ein großes Schlafzimmer und zwei kleinere, mit wenig Platz für die Koffer.

Quiet retreat outside Arenal.

Pros: The house is located in the country outside Los Angeles in the Arenal area. There is a nice yard and pool with hot tub. There is also an outdoor covered eating area. There are 3 bedrooms and seating area and kitchen. The property is very clean and comfortable. Other than motorcycles and trucks on the road it is very quiet. There are peaceful cows grazing next door. It felt very safe with a gate at the entrance.

Cons: The location was on the opposite side of Arenal from the national park and hiking, although we did find a good tour on our side of town. The positive of this was that it was very quiet and all local people not lots of tourists. As with many tropical locations any food left around the kitchen drew ants immediately, we put everything into the refrigerator. Not a lot of paper or storage supplies provided.

Perfecte accommodatie

Pros: Nette accommodatie. Zwembad met jacuzzi was perfect. Eigenaar was zeer vriendelijk en hielp goed.

Fin de semana largo 🥰

Pros: Lo amplia y cómoda que es la propiedad. Es un lugar perfecto para descansar en familia y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Sin lugar a dudas volvería encantada.

Cons: No tengo nada de que quejarme. Disfrutamos mucho el lugar.

Country living in paradise

Pros: The home is very clean and well located. The air conditioner was excellent. We loved the hot tub.

Cons: Weren’t able to accept credit cards. Had to have my daughter pay by PayPal.

Pros: La atención, las instalaciones muy bonitas en general. Excelente.

Cons: Creo que está un poco lejos del centro de Fortuna, quizás lo remediaria un precio un poco más bajo, para que valga más la pena la lejania.

This was a great spot outside of La Fortuna for 5 friends to hang out for a few days!

Pros: Awesome location outside of the main town. Loved having cows grazing as the next door neighbors. Comfortable hammock to lounge in on the patio and the pool was so refreshing. The rooms were comfortable for what we needed. Super affordable spot and really quality cookware which we appreciated as we ate all our meals in. So helpful for us to have a washer and dryer in the house to do some laundry halfway through our trip. Overall really a stand out home for a nice visit to the area.

Cons: We realize there are lots of bugs in paradise, so just be prepared to see some of them around. Make sure your food stays in the fridge or microwave and you'll be good. The pillows could be a bit fluffier but I realize I am a bit of a pillow snob. So really no complaints just some helpful feedback. Lastly, it is listed as three bath but the third toilet is outside by the pool, not a problem at all just a heads up.
