Pros: Location and integration into surroundings. Paulo could not have been more friendly and kind. He drove us around and we learned so much about the country and locality thanks to him. He is brilliant!

Amazing views, accommodation and staff that will not disappoint

Pros: Our stay at Suitree Experience was truly memorable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, with special thanks to Natalia, who was very responsive and helpful in resolving a few minor check-in issues. The location and views are spectacular, and staying in the lodge with a private hot tub was a wonderful way to relax while taking in the surrounding nature. The rooms were impeccably clean and beautifully maintained. The food was excellent, and the restaurant staff were outstanding throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed watching the sunset from the watchtower, with a special mention to Luis for making an amazing Aperol Spritz. The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking views from the 360-degree balcony.

Cons: A couple of very minor points: garden sprinklers could operate later in the evening to avoid wetting paths near the lookout, and pools could be skimmed more frequently to keep leaves clear.

Pros: Our stay at Suitree Experience Hotel was nothing short of magical. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. The tree houses are stunning, beautifully designed with breathtaking views that make you feel completely immersed in nature. We loved that we were just a short drive from the beach, which made the experience even better. The staff made us feel so special throughout our honeymoon, surprising us with thoughtful details that made the trip unforgettable. Shout out to Brandon! He was do kind to us. Every moment felt unique and intimate, a true once in a lifetime stay.

Cons: The restaurant was very expensive, the food was good but it didn't match the price we paid. We felt like they charge very expensive because there is no other option close by.

The absolutely best of the best - a beautiful and memorable experience

Pros: Words can not describe this magical place - if you have the opportunity to stay here, you definitely should. We were blown away by the beauty and great aesthetic of the houses in the tree. The pools, food and service were also impeccable. We hope to come back some day.

Pros: modern, very clean hotel. lovely restaurant and bar. Rooms modern and very practical, functional but very good value for money.

Gorgeous, uniquely designed accommodation surrounded by lush forest

Pros: Absolutely beautiful elevated suites with highly original wooden design and decor. The six suites are built into a steep sided hillside, reached via block paved track with a series of hairpins, negotiated on foot or by golf buggy. We stayed in the lowest suite at eye level with the surrounding trees. Superb for birding and reptiles. Breakfast is bespoke a la carte and high quality. The triple stone pools are beautiful for cooling off but too small to swim properly. We spent a morning here by ourselves, our own pool.

Cons: There is no signal in the room and so trying to access the WiFi was impossible. Rather than providing hard copies of hotel details in the room and menus in the restaurant, the now obligatory QR code was a pain. The menu can be repetitive after a few days and the food relatively pricey. The biggest disappointment was the closure of the lookout for maintenance with no forewarning and no compensation.

Fabulous for couples / families - and incredible stay

Pros: Incredible hotel - spectacular rooms, golf buggy to the door, amazing viewing platform for star gazing. Impeccable service wonderful food

I would recommend this hotel to couples or families with older kids for a two night stay.

Pros: We were there for 4 nights. The location is wonderful. Enjoyed the room the views and the sounds of wildlife immensely after climbing the 44 steps to the entrance. The staff were always cheery and helpful. Friday night they had a DJ and a bar up at the lookout - which was fun! We were prepared for the terrain which is almost never flat and more often can be very steep. It may not be a quick or easy walk to the pool. The staff will transport you around the property by golf cart if you phone and request it.

Cons: The breakfasts were great! Because we did not have a car we were confined to the hotel for dinner. For the price, the quality of the food for dinners was disappointing.

Pros: Unique experience, rooms were amazing with fabulous views of the forest from our room, staff and food were both excellent.

Immaculate hotel, perfect for a special occasion! Well worth every penny!

Pros: Immaculate hotel rooms and entire land of the hotel was impeccable. The lookout was unbelievable for sunset watching. Staff were on top of everything and couldn’t do enough - especially Kenneth!
