Always a gem to stay at. This was our third visit. Need I say more?

Pros: Proximity to the beach is unparalleled. The breakfast and dinner menu is exceptional. Staff super friendly and helpful.

Cons: Our bathroom door didn’t have a latch, nor a lock so was constantly open when someone was in there. It was worse when someone was showering.

Great place at the beach

Pros: * Very good breakfast, one of the best we had in hotels in Costa Rica * Amazing location, just next to the beach * Very friendly staff * Good A/C and hot water

Cons: * No privacy, you have to have the blinds put down all the time * There could be a bit more (shaded) beach facilities

Just relax

Pros: Fantastic location right on a quiet part of the beach. Instant relaxation listening to the waves. We stayed for 3 nights and had dinner every night in the hotel. It is a short walk along the beach to town, but we preferred to stay in the hotel, food was excellent. Choice menu for breakfast, but we learnt this is typical for the smaller hotels we stayed in in Costa Rica. You can have breakfast until 11h!

Cons: Some sun umbrellas (and decent lounge chairs) on the beach would have been nice.

Great location and enjoyable environment.

Pros: The fruit plate was excellent. Food presentation was very nice and food was very good. Customer service was great. It would have been helpful to have drinking glasses in our room.

A relaxing, right on the beach holiday with great friends, great accommodation, with incredible food.

Pros: The proximity to the beach. The friendliness of the staff. Our dog being welcomed. And the incredible food at the restaurant and overall value for money.

Cons: Just as we were leaving we were charge 1200 colones (2.40USD) for a bottle of water x 4, with zero warning or signage about the water. A bitter taste after a lovely stay.

Amazing time

Pros: Views were amazing. Beautiful beach. Fantastic selection of rums. Food available all day. Tacos were really excellent. Awesome cocktails. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Town walkable across beach. Lovely relaxed vibe. Didn’t want to leave

Relaxing stay by the sea

Pros: We loved having breakfast with views to the sea, the location was perfect. The restaurant felt very welcoming and the staff gave us very good recommendations.

Cons: Our room didn't have views to the sea which was a bit of a shame and the only window opened to a passage way so didn't feel very private. In any case I would highly recommend this place.

Pros: Great location, just a short distance from the city center. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the restaurant is excellent.

Cons: The room was spacious and comfortable; however, the bed was rather hard and made noise.
