Great location very comfortable rooms and modern

Pros: The proximity to everything was great the staff were lovely and the rooms were very comfortable and clean

Cons: The road noise but there is nothing anyone can do about that and the swimming pool is tiny

Pros: Great team, excellent food downstairs, everyone was friendly and helpful

Cons: Water pressure

Pros: I simply loved staying at Ventura. Everything was on point. The staff was nice to everyone and I felt so welcome staying there. The food in the restaurant was amazing.

Relaxing, quiet, had everything needed for a short beach and surf stay

Pros: My stay at Ventura was great. It is a little oasis of quietness, located right on the main street, two minutes walking distance from Playa Carmen, where surfing is great and the beach is lovely. Shops, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets are minutes away. The pool is clean and refreshing in the warmest hours, the whole place is really clean, staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and reception hours went from early morning til late evening. I would absolutely return.

Cons: I was not too happy about the room initially, but the staff supported constantly in finding solutions and eventually got offered free breakfast and a free upgrade to the suit with private terrace, which was absolutely amazing!

Lovely stay close to the beach

Pros: The staff are super friendly. They gave us an upgrade which was really nice. Close to the beach and you can hire surf boards.

Pros: Good location that’s close to the beach and restaurants. Breakfast options were great too!

Cons: It was very loud as it’s on the main road but most of the hotels and restaurants are the same as there’s only one road in and out of Santa Teresa.

Great stay in Santa Elena

Pros: The warm welcome from David. The cafe/restaurant next door was excellent. The location was great, just 5 mins walk to the beach. The room was clean and stylish. Thanks to the staff who made this a really memorable stay.

Pros: - Staff is amazing! They answer every question and help arrange with everything they can! They are super accommodating with everything! - Accommodation is super clean and nice. - Beach is just over the road and down. Very good location on the beach. Surfers and a restaurant just when entering the beach. I think this is really a nice location. I do not get the fuss about Santa Teresa beach when we have playa Carmen just as nice if not even better? - Both ac and a ceiling fan. - High pillow. - Towels both for pool and shower. - We rented quad bikes just across the street. Friendly and worked out good.

Cons: - The included breakfast is a liiitle small, we didn’t get completely full but there is extras you can add and pay for which covers up. - If you have dry or curly hair - bring your own shampoo and conditioner, my hair looks like a broom from salt water and the included products hehe.

Pros: The team on reception were amazing … the walk along the beach during the day and back along the Main Street in the evening … so many places to enjoy a beer and food. Very relaxed surfer vibe, understandable with some good waves 👍🏼 supermarket opposite … met all my needs.

Cons: Genuinely can not think of anything!!! I’d be amazed to hear anything negative.

Pros: Basic room right by the beach; clean and great for what we needed. There’s also a kitchen for all guests but we stayed only one night and haven’t used it. I would stay here again when in the area.
