Pros: Large, very clean house with a beautiful garden where you can watch lots of birds. Quiet and idyllic location with a great view of the Arenal (when it shows itself 🙂). Definitely a great place to stay when exploring Fortuna. Thank you Fabio for the tips and for speaking Italian! 😀

Pros: The owner was waiting for us with keys. He doesnot speak english, but we have managed everything, including instructions for washmaschine :-) The house is spacious, clean and it has beautiful garden with hummingbirds. Kitchen is good equiped.

Cons: I do not like throwing used toilet paper to waste bin, but it seems like common duty in CostaRica.

Exceptional

Pros: I loved everything and didn't want to leave. The rooms were a good size, it was immaculate with everything we needed. I loved sitting in the garden which was full of plants and birds. It was really quiet at night.

Cons: One ac unit pump was very noisy, but we could turn it off at night because the weather was cool.

Pros: The villa is brand new, very spacious and stylish with a beautiful garden and very quiet surroundings. We had everything we needed. The view of Arenal in the morning is breathtaking.

Cons: Would be nice to have mosquito nets on some windows.

Peaceful villa in beautiful garden. Great bird watching.

Pros: We loved this quiet and peaceful location away from Fortuna but within easy driving distance. The Villa was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Fabian was extremely helpful with contacting us and making suggestions of places to go. We loved having the garden and watching the birds as well as hearing the Howler monkeys in the nearby forest. An exceptional place.

Pros: Beautiful garden and large house with a very comfortable bed

Cons: The house is well equipped. It was nice to have coffee, washing liquid and even oil. It would be helpful to have a cutting board and a sharp knife in the kitchen.
