Pros: The 8. wonder - architecture, riverfront, cave, jacuzzi - an incredible blend of art and nature! We had three fantastic days in this exceptional house and surroundings. Thanks a lot, Robert!

Unique accommodation in a picturesque location

Pros: The location is wonderful! Right on the river and the sounds surrounding the property are so peaceful. It’s close to the Cloudbridge Reserve and a great stop on the way to Osa (just outside of San Isidro) Kitchen was fully stocked with proper amenities. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating to our needs. The property was clean.

Cons: We enjoyed our stay overall. The furniture isn’t too comfortable (from couch to beds). The living room configuration is a little awkward for seating with multiple people (we pulled chairs from the dining area to sit together). The spa has a lot of chlorine and being indoors it was burning our eyes - Not sure there’s much that can be done for this though. The secondary room doesn’t have a window you can open so it feels a little tight and stuffy with the smaller accommodations but there was a standing fan. The shower water was pretty chilly but the shower and bathroom itself was nice. Overall small growing pains but we felt for the price and location it was a great evening stop. Thank you!

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at Rocka Verde Retreats Airbnb! The house was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything I needed for a few home-cooked meals. Robert was incredibly responsive and gave great local tips, which made my visit even better. The location was perfect—quiet at night but close to restaurants, cafes, and public transit. I also appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, a welcome note, and fast Wi-Fi. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Pros: Es justo como se ve en las fotos. Muy creativo, algo diferente. Robert es una gran anfitrión y realmente se preocupó por que pasáramos un fin de semana muy agradable.

Cons: Acceso es un poco difícil. No hay negocios cerca para comer o comprar.

Pros: The house is stunning. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed most of our time there. Lovely experience!

Cons: One of the bridges was hard to cross with our vehicle (small SUV), as it had rained a lot.
