Pros: The accommodation was incredible, it's very comfortable, it has everything you need to feel at home, the bed is very comfortable, it's close to the beach so you can come and go, it's also close to supermarkets and coffee shops, thank you very much to Matan and the cleaning lady also , thanks for making our stay easy and welcoming.

Cons: The stairs to go up to the apartment were not a problem for me, but if you have any difficulty climbing up or down, it should be taken into account.

Pros: I must give a huge compliment to the place and the location!!!! A perfect villa with a private pool with a very well-equipped kitchen, nothing is missing and very close to the center of things. The owner of the apartment and the hostess are very, very nice and available for any request, at first we booked for 3 nights and always added another night and another night and we stayed 7 nights. The owner of the apartment was very considerate of the price and always came to meet us. Not expensive at all, we really enjoyed the stay and we will definitely return. Very comfortable bed, very close to the center and everything you need. Every day a cleaner comes to both the room and the pool. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend!!!!

Perfect place to stay in Santa Teresa, super central but quiet

Pros: This place is amazing! It feels like home, in fact I wish it was our home. Location is perfect, a very short walk to the beach and its right in the center of the lively area of santa theresa but not on the busy main street, so you are in your own quiet environment, with your own private pool. The place has a beautiful interior, we loved the details and styling choices. The kitchen is fully equipped, has it all. Its nice and very clean, Jacqueline did an amazing job keeping the house clean and tidy during our stay. Saskia is a perfect host, she is toughtfull, friendly and also a perfect touroperator. She gives great advise and has a big netwerk to arrange every adventure possible. We booked 4 nights but stayed for 7, I advise you to do the same!

Pros: My husband and I spent 3 nights in Santa Teresa, staying at Zoa Villa. The villa is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. It has a huge room, a small, well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, a great bathroom, and a lovely outdoor area with a private pool and a hammock. The villa was clean when we arrived, and the cleaning lady came every day to tidy up, make everything spotless, and provide fresh towels. The location is perfect—super close to the beach. Our host was incredibly friendly and very helpful. She gave us a WhatsApp number so we could always reach out if we needed anything. She also welcomed us with a thoughtful gift of fresh fruit, coconuts, and wine. I would definitely recommend Zoa Village if you’re looking for a wonderful place to stay during your time in Santa Teresa.

Pros: The villa is spacious, bright, and beautifully designed, offering all the amenities you could need for a short or extended stay in Santa Teresa. It’s just a short walk from the beach, as well as some excellent bakeries and restaurants. The property was exceptionally clean and wonderfully quiet, making it perfect for relaxation. Our host was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. She not only booked activities for us but also provided valuable tips and recommendations about things to do around town

Pros: Sehr schönes Apartment mit einer tollen und guten Ausstattung .Bequemes Bett.

Cons: Leider ist die Lage sehr Laut durch den Verkehr und der momentanen Baustelle gegenüber.

Pros: El lugar muy agradable, tranquilo, privado, cómodo, excelente ubicación. Perfecto para relajarse.

Cons: Para mejorar, no nos pareció que la señora de la limpieza entrara cuando nosotros no estábamos y sin avisarnos, se agradece el gesto de la limpieza pero si nos hubiera gustado que se nos indicara o preguntara. Adicional, también se sintió la invasión a la privacidad, ya que ingresan para pasar de un lugar a otro, cuando se vio que la otra villa tiene su propio acceso y si nos pareció un poco imprudente.

Beautiful, cozy and centric!

Pros: It was super well equipped with everything you need and very clean, the pool/property was very nice and the host as well. The place is well taken care of.

Cons: There was some construction noise during our stay almost in front of the villa (not under host’s control though) and the parking is safe but it can improve.
