Pros: A very nice and modern place. Very comfortably and clean. Nice view and comfortably pool area that I think my kids would have loved.

Cons: Check inn was suppose to be 3 PM, but was 10 minutes delayed. Not a big deal,

Fabulous and relaxing stay in a beautiful complex

Pros: What a great place for a family holiday. The hosts were wonderful from beginning to end. They helped us book tours, which were so much fun and with reputable companies. We had the pool to ourselves most days, which was so peaceful. It is close enough to the town and beach to walk, but far enough away from the busy streets of Jaco. The apartment has everything you need to cook at home and lots of space to spread out if you feel like chilling with the TV or a book on the balcony. We had an unexpected power cut for around five hours (nothing to do with the owner) and he offered us a free night stay, without us even asking. We did not take it as it was out of his control, but the offer was appreciated and shows the lengths they would go to for guests.

Cons: The only downside is the third bedroom does have the noise from the AC units directly outside the window. But that would depend how light a sleeper you are. There is a bit of noise from cars racing on the street very late at night, but again, nothing that really disrupts sleep a crazy amount. Generally the building was very quiet and people seem very respectful of this.

Fui con la familia y la pasamos muy lindo

Pros: El lugar es muy bonito, tiene una linda vista y está céntrico

Pros: Bastante acogedor, familiar, muy limpio y muy lindo.

Descanso y chillax!

Pros: El espacio, fue amplio y bien bonito, todo bien arreglado!

Pros: Un departamento hermoso, totalmente amueblados , demasiado acogedor. Tiene una vista increíble al mar. Todo súper limpio. Es como estar en casa. La comunicación con el anfitrión excelente.

Cons: No tengo queja alguna

Descanso en la playa

Pros: Excelente opción familiar. Apartamento cómodo con todas las facilidades para pasar un periodo de descanso en la playa en una propiedad preciosa y bien cuidada.

Cons: No hubo nada que no nos gustara, claro está que uno sabe que no es de las playas mas espectaculares de Costa Rica aunque es de facil acceso.

Un recuerdo de tesoro

Pros: El panorama es increíble así como la pronta y excelente asistencia por parte del encargado del Condominio. Deseo pronto regresar. Jamás había visto Jacó desde un punto de vista tan inolvidable. En los tres días no visitamos la playa , nos encantó el condominio que no quisimos salir de él.

Pros: Very nice place. Great pool, great hosts, a short walk to the beach, market, restaurants. Our family of 7 had plenty of room!

Felices, contentos, muy satisfechos

Pros: Como oportunidad de mejora recomiendo instalar barras en los 2 baños incluyendo el de la tina para poder agarrarse, en mi caso iba con 1 adulto mayor de 93 años y el baño le daba mucha iinseguridad inclusive hasta para nosotros, el piso x el jabón se pone muy resbaloso y es peligroso una caída, también le pondría a ambos baños unas alfombras en el piso de las duchas. En nuestro caso no usamos la lavadora de platos seria bueno tener un escurridor de platos y unos limpiones para los huésped que no la usan. Por lo demás super cómodo, amplio y muy bien equipado muy satisfechos. Gracias.
