Fantastic deal for the price, great location and friendly staff.

Pros: Location is great, in the very center of Jaco. Price is very low, I got upgraded for free to a better room as I stay for a week as a medical tourist and they know me, this is my second time there. Hosts are wonderful, speak OK English, and I love all the dogs and cats who live there as several people live there permanently and have pets. Pool is clean, there were no kids in November as it was not a school holiday, but during school break there can be a lot of loud kids, so double check to dates. The food store is across the street, or you can go to the supermarket three blocks away. Wi-Fi is great, very fast Internet.

Cons: There is no AC, only fan, and no hot water, though it is warm in the evening. Pillows are a bit clumpy.

Pros: Location is great, it is 3 minutes from the beach, close to supermarket and other shops and restaurants, there is an inexpensive eatery right next door. 25$ a night is a great price, I was staying for 10 days for medical tourism and trying to save money. Very good deal for the money! The phone works with wi-fi in the hotel. Wi-fi was really good. TV had 1 channel in English. One of the hosts speaks good English. The room was very clean, no bugs of any kind.

Cons: The sign on the entrance says Krystalmax and not Ekonomika, they should add it to the name as it is very confusing, and I arrived at night with pouring rain and taxi drivers did not know where Ekonomika is. Since American phones do not work there, it was impossible to call. Finally, the guy in the store called them...But after I found the place - it was easy to find, very close to the main street and the beach. Pillows could be replaced; they were very old. There were a lot of people in the pool being super-loud, the signs say no music - but they were blasting music all day...There is no AC, only ceiling fan, and no hot water. But for this price I'd better not complain!

Pros: Muy lindo, este lugar. El personal tiene muy amable. Por ejemplo mi gafa del sol de marc Anthony ha roto totalmente. Y una mujer ya trajo mi gafa al optico para preparar totalmente. Muchas gracias.

Pros: La ubicación es excelente todo súper acerca ! El personal es súper atento con calidad humana! Las instalaciones son cómodas , limpias y tienen reglas , así que personalmente he dormido muy bien !

Cons: Die Betten sind ein wenig unbequem, Leider war unser Zimmer sehr heiss und wir hatten nur ein Ventilator der uns nicht so abgekühlt hat. Wir konnten manchmal fast nicht einschlafen :(

Pros: La cercanía a la playa, la habitación muy limpia, mucha paz y tranquilidad
