Nice and quit place close to everything in Monteverde

Pros: Great, quit place with all you need. The host was fantastic. I wished I had approached him earlier to get more advice on recommendations on what to do and see in Monteverde area.

Lovely lodge down a quiet road bit close enough to the amenities on the area!

Pros: Nice quiet location. The lodge was perfect for me as I was only there for a few days. Five mins walk to supermarket and restaurants. Lovely dogs next door who loved to greet me and another neighbour gave me some delicious bananas and oranges ! Plus is there is washer and drier available!

Pros: Lovely property. Very comfortable. Good outdoor area to watch wildlife. Parking available.

Cons: A bit far out of town.

Perfectly Equipped Lodge with Exceptional Hospitality in Monteverde

Pros: Very well-equipped lodge, it has everything needed for an excellent stay in Monteverde. Plus, you can wash your clothes, so if you visit Costa Rica, you can bring less luggage. Danilo, the host, was very kind to us and helped with everything we needed, advising us on the different places we could visit in Monteverde. We would return a thousand times!

Lovely clean and cozy space with excellent hosts.

Pros: The attention to detail and cleanliness of the space is fantastic! Apart from the bathroom which is huge, the place is not that big but it is extremely well equipped and hosts are very thoughtful people who answer quickly to any concerns. We love how they are very ecologically conscious too!

Cons: Property is great but as it is right next to other accommodation places, we were unlucky and experienced one noisy and disruptive night. The other night was fine though.

Pros: Everything was perfect! One of the most welcoming and beautiful places we slept in Costa Rica. The host was really helpful with all the good advices he gave to us. Thank you for everything. Great place to stay!

Wonderful!

Pros: Unit was quiet, clean, & comfortable. Danilo ( owner) communicated well and promptly and met us at the property. He answered all our questions, gave restaurant recommendations, & directions to nearby small grocery store. His restaurant recommendations were spot on for us It was a treat to cook breakfast, in the well equipped kitchen, and listen to the birds from the front porch. We were able to do laundry in the washing machine, shared by the 3 units. Soap not provided - available at local store. Danilo also advised us he was available as a tour guide. We did an informative morning tour with him, and a wet night tour. Despite the rain, we appreciated his guiding and his ability to spot insects and birds. We were impressed with his knowledge of the birds, manuals and flora and fauna. We appreciated his passion for the area and his natural good natured personality. Highly recommend. We stayed 3 nights. Tucan tica is in Monteverde, a short drive from the bustle of saint Elena.

Pros: we loved our stay here! walking distance to places - but also secluded for privacy! host was very friendly and helpful if we needed anything! would stay here again.

I would like to spend a month there ...

Pros: Very well apointed apt., very cosy, quiet, great host ... it was just perfect!
