Very nice hotel, with great location and fantastic rooms and breakfast.

Pros: We had a fantastic room with a first view of the Volcano and an indoor hot tub. The rooms were spotlessly clean and large. The outdoor facilities were very good. The pool was nice and there were 6 outdoor hot tubs. The breakfasts were outstanding and the evening meals were quite rich and pricey if you ate in the restaurant.

Enjoyed the apartment, very comfortable bed and a great area to sit on the first floor to watch nature.

Pros: Loved the large window which allowed us to look out at nature, also really liked the jacuzzi . The apartment was very comfortable.

Cons: Could have done with more lamps to give softer, ambient feel and maybe a source of warmth as it was a little chilly at times.

Pros: The rooms were a good size with lovely decor. It was great to have a balcony to see some wildlife. The location was in a peaceful area and close enough to walk to the town.

Pros: We had a wonderful time at Casa Clusia, we stayed for a few days but we would've loved to stay longer. The place is clean, well organised and absolutely wonderful, the photos are very faithful. The bed is one the most comfortable I've ever been to. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, we couldn't have asked for more! I'd gladly stay again

Cons: The water in the shower wasn't very hot, but it was hot everywhere else, I'm not sure why.

Memorable experience in the cloud forest

Pros: The home was beautiful, airy, clean. The bed was very comfortable. Private jacuzzi on the 2nd floor terrace. The view of the treetops made a wonderful memory. Sun and fine must provided great rainbows. Close to town.
