Amazing stay in a beachy tropical condo with incredible views and ocean. Very close to the beach.
Pros: The condo is HUGE and wonderful for a family of 4. The kitchen was well equipped and nice to have a washer in the unit. The check in was simple. The balcony and view was amazing. The location was perfect as it is close to beach with a nice pool as well. The decorating was perfect with a great beachy tropical vibe.
Cons: The dryer was broken and we noted from a previous review from month prior that it was not working at that time either so looks like it was not repaired or replaced. Might be time for some cosmetic painting to freshen the walls up. We left a message for the manager after we checked about some minor issues but he did not respond back. These did not impact our stay but we wanted to let him know of some issues before they become problems. ie leaky taps, shower head need to be replaced, etc.

Pros: steps from Flamingo beach, very nice pool, very comfortable condo could easily fit a full family, amazing view of the ocean from the balcony, it is entirely self-serve (condo living)

Pros: Tenía todo lo que se necesita para una estancia cómoda. Un lugar amplio. Una vista impresionante. Y permite hacer una buena caminata ya sea a la playa, ya que no está al frente o al lado de la marina la cual está muy cerca también.

Bonita opción en Flamingo
Pros: Buena Ubicacion en Flamingo. Cerca de la playa y la Marina. Limpio. Ordenado.La relacion calidad-precio es muy buena.. Excelente vista al mar desde la habitación.
Cons: El ascensor. Huele a humedad. La piscina, es muy bonita, pero no aprovecharon la vista al mar que pudo haber tenido. En lugar de eso, está entre un edificio alto, y una pared. Luce encerrada. No es temperada. Eso no es problema si hace mucho calor, como la mayor parte del año. En un día nublado, puede sentirse fría. Por otro lado, hay que tener claro que el.complejo está en lo alto de una colina. Ir en carro resuelve el problema, pero intentar caminar ida y vuelta mas de una vez al día puede ser agotador. El.internet no funcionaba el primer día, pero el problema fue resuelto al día siguiente. La secadora de ropa no funcionaba.

We had amazing time at Oceanica with our family. Aside from the small inconveniences, it was a perfect spot for!
Pros: The location was perfect. Amazing views and patio. Plenty of space for family of four. Pool was perfect after long days at the beach.
Cons: Water never got hot, we got used to cool showers. The dryer doesn’t have a lint filter, runs very loud and doesn’t really want to dry the clothes. None of the lamps had working light bulbs. The toilet runs constantly in the 2nd bath unless you manually fix it after use. The pots and pans need to be replaced, teflon peeling on them all.

Great place, wonderful vacation.
Pros: The location and the views were great. The sunsets were spectacular. The beds were very comfortable and that is very appreciated. It felt very safe and close to several restaurants. Great place.
Cons: The furniture in the living room and balcony were not very comfortable. The tub in the master bedroom was very high and very hard to get into.

Maravilloso
Pros: Todo fue espectacular. Efectivamente las puestas de sol, la vista, el sonido del mar en la habitación. Es un lugar de paz. Y es un apartamento muy fresco, realmente no se siente el calor.
Cons: Considero que el Check out debería ser entre 11 y 12, ya que el check in es a las 4pm.

Pros: L'emplacement, la vue, la grandeur et la beauté de l'appartement, la piscine, tout!
Cons: Absolument rien. Prendre note que la description n'est pas claire à l'arrivée comment accéder au stationnement en voiture. il faut prendre la ruelle environ 300m avant les points de coordonné gps inscrits au courriel, sinon ça donne sur la sortie à sens unique.
