Pros: Great location and really nice plant-filled environment. Very well-managed. Rooms are new and well decorated. Manager Laura Lee is simply incredible at making you fell at home and well cared for. My new favorite place in Guanacaste

Beautiful Flamingo beach holiday

Pros: The bungalow was as described. Beautiful, minimalist decor, well equipped. It has all the basics for a comfortable holiday, also beach towels and a hand bag! We were very thankful for the filtered water dispenser.

Cons: The property has a great location, surrounded by lush vegetation, quiet area, easy access. Sebastian and Laura, our hosts, were always responsive to any consultation or request.

Pros: Todo muy bien dsd lugar l atencion Súper bien la Ubicación perfecta cerca de varias playas

Cons: Solamente la piscina ya q no tiene la función adecuada limpieza y bomba de agua no estubo activa estubo durante mis días Hospedada muy sucia sin mantenimiento

Great property, lovely decor, perfect location.

Pros: We visit Flamingo at least twice a year and this was a great discovery. Everything is new and clean. The size and distribution of the studio is perfect for a couple. The kitchen has all you need, even for a long stay. The property is sooo beautiful and quiet, we only stayed 2 nights and hadn’t much time to use the common areas but the bbq area and pool/lounges looked great, we hope we can stay for a longer time next visit.

Cons: On the upper level studios (#6) the blackouts don’t cover completely the windows that were high up to the diagonal high ceiling (which is difficult to cover), consider this if you are a late sleeper. I believe that this is not an issue in the ground floor studios.

Comfy and beautiful stay! Great view from balcony

Pros: The bed was extremely comfortable, pool was great and was very clean!

Cons: The only thing was we didn’t realize it’s not very walkable to the marina. Yes it is a very short distance and you CAN walk but there isn’t a sidewalk and the cars go very fast. Would definitely recommend a car if you’re here! Otherwise Ubers work great in this area.
