Pros: Good communication with the owner. Everything was clear

Cons: You need a Taxi to get there. Mabye because of the carnival, but I found it quit expensive

Pros: Super self check-in and nice room with private bathroom.

Cons: The cupboard with the plates and bowles was a bit smelly.

Comfortable apartments for friends, solo, or pairs/groups.

Pros: The apartments were clean and comfortable, and had everything you could need, including coffee. I would suggest hiring a car or having another mode of transport when staying here as it is a 30 min walk from Playa Bonita (which is worth it!) Would stay here again due to the ease of the self check in and check out and the facilities.

Pros: I had a really great stay overall. The self checkin was super easy and well described. The communication was also really fast, friendly and helpful. Everything I needed was there and readily available. The backup fan was also a lifesaver! Above all, I am so impressed and charmed by the willingness to help and friendliness of the owner. Will definitely be coming back if I find myself in Limon again :)

Very nice apartment with great host

Pros: The host Patrick was exceptionallly helpful and nice. We had some trouble with the self-check in at our arrrival but he helped us right away via text message and telephone. Later in the evening my friend accidently locked himself in the bathroom and Patrick again replied directly when we called him and sent someone to fix the door. Thank you very much again for all the help! The apartment was really clean and nice and we felt very comfortable with using the kitchen equimpent (which was not the case in other apartments we stayed at during our trip through Costa Rica!) We would definitely stay at the Aptos Casa again!

Cons: Puerto Limon is not very touristic, so the apartment is in the middle of houses from Ticos - this did not bother us at all though, it's only something good to know in advance maybe :)

Pros: We had a small two-bed room, the apartment has a shared living room and well-equipped kitchen.

Cons: Due to the security situation in Limon, for the self-check in we needed four different key codes to get into our room. Unfortunately the host had mailed us outdated codes, so we had to call them (which was hard since we didn't have mobile roaming available).

Pros: The apartment, communication, security, cleanliness, facilities and organisational was brilliant.

Cons: Location is all down to the area you want and is no reflection on the accommodation. For me, it was a long walk to the centre.

Convenient jumping off point for Tortuguero. If we return in the future we’ll stay here again.

Pros: This worked very well for us as a one-night stay between dropping off our rental car and taking the boat to Tortuguero. The hosts were exceptionally helpful in sending us a taxi in the morning to get us to the boat dock. They contacted me immediately when I left something behind. They brought our requested breakfasts right on time even though we were a little late to submit our request. We were lucky that even though the living area and kitchen are meant to be shared, we had the place to ourselves. (The bedroom and bathroom are the only designated private areas.) Also there was a washing machine and lines to hang your items to dry, which was very handy since it was raining a lot when we were there. The Moín Pier is a great way to get to Tortuguero; you really get to see a lot from the 3 hour boat ride. We returned to the Pavona pier and that was not nearly as interesting,

Cons: Getting in is a little tricky as there are three separate codes, but it is very secure once you’re inside. Make sure you have your instructions handy. ;) There weren’t any nearby restaurants that were open; however since we had the kitchen we made a simple meal after visiting the Pali store down the street.

Pros: Muito bom a acomodação, localização, vizinhança, segurança. Patrick e Kin anfitriões super queridos.

Pros: nos gusto mucho el alojamiento, la limpieza excelente, la comida espectacular, muy buena comunicacion con los dueños

Cons: Un par de recomendaciones que haria seria que pongan mas cubiertos ya que no habian suficientes tenedores o cucharas y lo otro seria agregar una grada extra en la entrada ya que la grada es muy alta y es de dificil acceso para personas mayores y quiza sacudir un poco los sillones que estaban llenos de polvo
