Perfect value for money

Pros: Perfect location, safe and secure. Nice views on the balcony and comfortable space.

Cons: We couldn’t leave our luggage once checked out, but luckily Luis managed to make us check out till 12pm!

A good launchpad for visiting the west end of Sabana Park, close to downtown.

Pros: The apartment is on the 17th floor near Sabana Park, close to the national stadium. There are good restaurants within walking distance. Líbano, the Lebanese place two blocks away is excellent. While the apartment is compact, it’s got almost everything you’ll need (but bring your own corkscrew). The balcony offers a good view of downtown and the mountains to the south and east of San José. It’s often pleasantly breezy up there, a welcome break on hot days. Kitchen has fridge, stove, sink, cutting boards and stools to sit and chat with the cook. Hot showers were welcome. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Parking in the building’s garage is very convenient.

Cons: The building’s security bureaucracy seems disorganized and overbearing. However the front desk people were easy to work with and helpful, in contrast to a year ago, when they were difficult and surly. Overall the building was run better than our last visit.

Pros: El apartamento es excelente, recomiendo este alojamiento de Luis, el anfitrión muy atento, tiene parqueo subterráneo súper seguro, muchos ascensores para la comodidad de los huéspedes, con el apartamento es ideal para pasar unos días de descanso, muy fresco durante el día e incluso en la noche con algo de frío, se puede hacer Teletrabajo sin duda y el baño es excepcional y de buen tamaño. Al personal le doy un 10/10 Cuando regrese a San José, el alojamiento de Luis será la primera opción 👍🏻

Cons: Todo nos encantó, no hay una mala reseña Solo como una pequeña observación: El colchón de la habitación suena mucho, creo que ya está para cambiarse pero nada de que preocuparse, dormimos bien👍🏻

Great value in a wonderful location. Beautiful and whimsical building.

Pros: The location was excellent and in a walkable area near a large park. The building itself has so many whimsical, themed public spaces and hallways. The building in general is just so much fun to walk through.

Cons: You only get one key. I do understand this is likely to prevent unauthorized access, but it does make it a bit inconvenient when you travel with a friend as you both have to stay together or one person could end up not being able to get back into the building/room if you choose to go out and do things on your own. HOWEVER this would not change my opinion on staying here as I absolutely plan to go back to this location when I travel to San Jose.

Céntrico, buena atención, comodidad y seguridad

Pros: Me gustó la ubicación, el trato de la persona que se comunicó conmigo previamente, buena atención en el edificio (recepción y seguridad), el lugar muy ordenado, ordenado y buena vista de la ciudad. Buena relación calidad-precio

Cons: No tengo quejas, todo bien

Tuve todo lo necesario me sentí muy cómoda.

Pros: Las instalaciones son muy buenas. El edificio está bien ubicado. El departamento cuenta con todo lo necesario y está limpio.

Cons: la temperatura del agua para la ducha. Fue algo fría.

Pros: Té unes instal·lacions molt completes: gimnàs, piscina, aparcament gratuït, bar, cinema...

Cons: El llit era bastant incòmode

Lo que necesitas para pasarlo bien

Pros: El apartamento estaba super limpio, ordenado, totalmente equipado para nuestras necesidades (artículos de cocina, toallas, artículos de limpieza, amenidades y electrodomésticos). Parqueo super seguro, el edificio te ofrece espacios divertidos, explorables y aporta diversión a tu estadía. Todo el personal fue muy amable y profesional. Luis el coordinador del hospedaje estuvo super atento a mis preguntas y todo fue un 10/10. Seguro que regresaremos.

Cons: Por la ubicación del edificio el lugar es caliente durante el día, no hay aire acondicionado, pero sí 2 potentes ventiladores que hacen su función, además puedes abrir las ventanas y tener más frescura.

Lo recomiendo.

Pros: Es acogedor con opciones diferentes para cada gusto.
