Very enjoyable stay in San Jose
Pros: Very nice and spacious 2 bedroom apartment , fully furnished with a washing machine/ dryer . Situated in a great locality , safe with lots of restaurants and bars , and a ten minute walk from the centre of town / museums etc.
Cons: No airconditioning and kettle.

A great location, close to restaurants, bars, and attractions. Easy to get to, excellent value and a great host.
Pros: Great location, well maintained, excellent value. Host was helpful, quick to respond and made things very easy.
Cons: There wasn’t anything about the property I didn’t like.

Pros: The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. A lovely lady knocked on the door with a fresh bag of coffee which was very much welcomed. It was well equipt. The owner Ned is very friendly and easy to deal with.

Pros: liked location, staff. Luis the handyman was very fast to respond if we needed something. The owner also very nice and interesting to communicate with .The bonus we had Mario the driver that took us to many adventures. Many restaurants around.

Pros: Very big apartment with everything in it. Especially liked the washing and dryer. And airconditioning throughout the house. Furthermore its located in a very nice street with a lotttt of restaurants and bars. Very nice. Did not have any disturbance of trains
Cons: The airconditioning made a lot of noise in the master bedroom. We mentioned this to the landlord and he immediately had someone have a look. Was better the second night, but we still turned the AC off in the night due to the noice. Also, the apartment could use a good deep cleaning, there were a lot of cobwebs in the corner, especially in the bathroom. Floor was sticky (walk with slippers)

Pros: The location, the staff (Luis ❤️), the chófer Frank ❤️, the sftaf of the restsurant ❤️ , also Mario, the owner,was always ready to assist me.
Cons: San Jose is noisy Monday to Friday. But during the weekend is perfect due to the Train is not operating.

Pros: Area felt safer than some other parts of town I walked through, There were two supermarkets nearby that I could stock up at and a Mall about a 15 min walk away. The host were very welcoming and helpful as well.

Lugar seguro y agradable en Barrio Escalante
Pros: Lugar bien equipado (tiene implementos de cocina, lavadora y secadora), es muy seguro y tranquilo. Excelente ubicación con muchos restaurantes y cafeterías alrededor. Se puede ir fácilmente caminando al centro de la ciudad. El gerente Luis, es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, al igual que Doña Mary, la señora de la limpieza.
Cons: Todo estuvo muy bien, aunque en el apartamento de dos dormitorios sería bueno poner a disposición una olla arrocera, debería pensarse en recortar el mueble del lavatorio ya que es muy incómodo que esté tan pegado al inodoro, además se podría pensar a futuro en implementar una cerradura que utilice código de acceso para facilitar el check in.

Sofia Apts is a highly recommend! The location, amenities, artwork, staff, and the price are on pt!
Pros: I LOVED Sofia Apts. I had a late flight, so Ned, the owner, coordinated an airport pickup for me, and the property manager met me at the door. It was more than I anticipated. It had a nice clean room, a second bedroom, the kitchen had all the appliances and all the utensils you would need. The location is walking distance to great restaurants and shops. The decor and artwork are fantastic! I love all of it.
Cons: The bathroom wasn't clean, so I cleaned it.
