Cozy apartment with terrace

Simply a fantastic apartment

Pros: honestly, everything was excellent. It’s rare that you struggle to find something negative to mention – but that was the case here. The internet worked perfectly, the bathroom was modern and spotless, the beds and sofa bed were very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly. The kitchen equipment and appliances were all new, high quality, and fully functional. The TV, the pool area, the terrace – everything felt well maintained, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. It’s truly a top-class apartment and an absolute bargain for the price, which is more than fair for what you get. You can really feel that this is a newer, well-managed property where everything just works.

Cons: The bathroom ventilation was a bit noisy, and it would have been nice to have a traditional iron instead of only a steamer. But these are very small details in an otherwise flawless stay.

Cons: Nothing to dislike

Pros: The hosts have thought of everything. The place was well located between airport and city centre and in a pleasant neighbourhood with good restaurants. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with all the facilities and equipment in excellent condition. We lived the pool and the outside space with all the plants. The hosts were very good in communications. We have booked again for later in our stay.

Absolutely superb

Pros: This apartment was excellent. The kitchen was spotless and really well appointed. The bedding very clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious with good products. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. I couldn't have been more impressed. The building itself has a sauna, pool and cinema room and is in a safe and walkable location. Whilst there we also visited downtown San Jose and Barrio Escslantes. I'd highly recommend a visit to Barrio Escalantes, a cheap taxi ride away.

Cons: There was nothing not to like.

San Jose perfect location

Pros: The location is very good, safe, a lot of restaurants around. The apartment has a lovely terrace, it is all you need for a short stay.

Pros: New, very clean, extremely well equipped, in a great and safe apartment building, very good communication, very helpful, we enjoyed it so much! About half the price we paid on average in Costa Rica, but still the best!

Clean comfortable place in safe neighborhood

Pros: this place was amazing! Clean apartment, smooth communication with hosts, and the area was really nice. They even had a washing machine in my apartment which was really needed after hiking and traveling around for 2 weeks.

Pros: Very nice and clean apartment, small and compact, but comfortable, functional and safe. Far from the center, but that was fine for us, we spent only one night there, in San Jose, before continuing on to other locations in Costa Rica.

Cons: The apartment has only a terrace and view to the inner court with a pool, no view of the city or neighborhood outside, so it felt a bit isolated. It was fine for us for one night, but for a longer stay I would have preferred a place with a view to the outside of the building.
