Wonderful night followed by fantastic rafting day

Pros: Amazing location amidst nature, fantastic food and staff, and wonderful suites

Cons: more travel options to reach hotel

Five star stay

Pros: Fabulous hotel situated in the remote rainforest but with luxurious comforts and great food. Activities were excellent and well organised.

Fantastic stay in the rainforest

Pros: Beautiful lodge in the middle of the rainforest. The activities were fun especially zip-lining and canyoning. Giavani and Eric the guides were amazing!

Cons: It rains all the time!

Worth it for a short trip

Pros: The rafting in and out is amazing with incredible scenery. The staff are unbelievable and friendly and helpful

Cons: No windows! There are just bug screens on the rooms so lots of critters gets in and it's also very hot/ humid and damp in the rooms. It's very very noisy at night which wasn't great for us. I'm all for getting close to nature but I do like to be comfortable when I'm asleep and not have bugs dropping my head and feel like the thunderstorms are actually in my room and be very hot and humid. Two nights was definitely enough!

Pros: Very friendly and professional stuff, very unique accomodation like no others, great food and great activities expecially rafting is lifetime experience!!!

Cons: It could be more highlighted that the access to the property is very complicated… When you know it, it’s a part of uniqueness, when you don’t expect, it’s quiet frustrating…. Ubiquitous humidity…. I will never got dry:-) Again, for someone frustration, for someone part of the gave, you are on the river… The price - compare to Nayara it’s double priced and it’s really to much… Despite al the negative feedback above, the overall feeling will stay worm in our memories as a part of beautifull Costa Rica. Pura Vida!

Nur für sportliche Leuten

Pros: die Speziellen Lage im Regenwald. Der Zugang zum Lodge nur mit Wild Water Rafting oder Zip Line war super cool.

Cons: Kein Leselampen ( wurde dan auf Wunsch geliefert) Viel Regen aber das ist so im Regenwald Booking.com sollte preisen quotieren inclusive aktivitäten Weil die sind teuer wenn nachträglich gebucht

Maravillosa

Pros: El sitio donde esta ubicado es una maravilla, estas en plena selva, la habitación, baño, porche y piscina son excelentes. El personal muy amable y preocupándose de que tengamos una buena estancia. El desayuno, comida y cena buenísimos, Felicidades al chef.

Cons: La humedad que había, terrible, si es posible recomiendo poner cristalera además de las mosquiteras.

Completely awed in every good way.

Pros: Incredible luxury immersion in nature. Extremely well designed, beautiful property and interiors. So much nature viewing while on the property. Proximity to the river is incredible. At all hours and in all weather there is so much life and natural beauty all around you. The sounds of nature are immersive. I loved that there were no windows and only screens in the bungalow. This added to the experience for me. Rafting in and out was incredible, especially going out. Saw so many different birds and the beauty of the river is unforgettable. The food was also exceptional, beautifully presented, very fresh, and textures and flavors were on par with any high end restaurant in the city. The masseuse at the spa is extremely talented. The naturalists and guides are knowledgeable and passionate about their work. Even the drivers to and from San Jose were a complete joy.

Cons: The concierge had a very odd and off putting disposition. Unprofessional and lacked the competence and relational skills expected for being the front face of such a high end experience in all other ways. This was surprising. Fortunately there is not much interaction with her, and the professionalism and skill of all the other staff more than made up for it.

A immersive nature-wild experience and gorgeous stay with excellent care

Pros: I loved almost everything: the nature, the organization, the crew, the attention to the details, the room, the property, the sustainability, the great taste in decoration, the full board, the activities menu, the isolation close to the river. One of my best hotel/stays in my life: it was the most exciting \

Cons: The food flavor could be improved, though the menu options and the presentation was very nice. Some was delicious, some had no taste or way too sweet to finish.
