Río Celeste Nature View

Pros: It was awesome! The view is amazing, the room really big and clean. The host is so nice and kind! I really recommend to stay!

Great place to stay near Rio Celeste!

Pros: The lodge itself was fine, a bit basic but it was very spacious with a nice deck. But what really makes it worth your stay is the beautiful garden!! Birds everywhere such as toucans, aracari and parrots but you can also see horses, lizards, butterflies and more. Elias is a really kind host who helped us book a wonderful night tour and we can also recommend the breakfast. Rio Celeste is just around the corner. Overall really great value for your money!!

Cons: The waterdrainage from the sink ends in the shower and the shower doesn’t really have a drain. Not really a problem but it was a bit odd 😂

Pros: De ligging midden in de natuur. Vanaf het grote balkon had je een spectaculair uitzicht

È stato un soggiorno rigenerante e pacifico.

Pros: La stanza è sopraelevata con un panorama mozzafiato sul vulcano Arenal. C’è un balcone in comunque con un’altra stanza che al nostro arrivo era libera, per cui abbiamo potuto usufruire delle amache. La stanza è grande, confortevole con un letto king size. È immersa nella pace.

Cons: Facciamo difficoltà a trovare dei difetti.

Loved the privacy and all of the flora and fauna, Elias is a wonderful host, and just a great human!

Pros: Our host Elias was amazing, not only did he provide everything needed - he set up some great tours and made wonderful recommendations concerning all aspects of staying in the area. The food at family restaurants was exceptional. Wish we would have made plans to stay longer.

Cons: We enjoyed it all, very local experience.

Pros: Super netter Gastgeber.Sehr hilfsbereit und wir haben mit Elias einen tollen Ausflug gemacht zum Caño Negro.Viele Tiere gesehen und denn Rio Celeste vor der Tür.Wunderschön.

Cons: Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

Comodissimo per visitare il PN Volcan Tenorio e con bella vista sul paesaggio circostante

Pros: Camera carina, pulita e spaziosa (c'era anche un comodo divano). Il valore aggiunto è il terrazzino (seppur condiviso) attrezzato, inclusa amaca, con un bellissimo paesaggio. Ottima posizione, pochi minuti di macchina all'ingresso del PN Volcan Tenorio ed alla strada principale dove si trova qualche ristorante. Molto apprezzato il pensiero di averci lasciato una bottiglia di vino in camera.

Cons: Attenzione alla posizione di Google Maps condivisa, che era scorretta e indicava un punto raggiungibile con una strada dissestata, che avremmo volentieri evitato.

Pros: The place was just 5 mins driving distance to the volcán Tenorio NP. Unfortunately, we couldn’t not see wild Tapir while we were staying, but the view from the balcony was great!
