Nice and practical accomodation to fully enjoy both Quepos and Manuel Antonio
Pros: Comfortable room, nicely decorated, nice bathroom, private parking inside the property, supportive and friendly host, bus stop to easily get to Manuel Antonio at 2 minutes walk from the house
Cons: Apparently they don't provide breakfast

Quality in Quepos
Pros: the best thing about Sunrise was the host… a really charming young man … who could not do enough to make us feel at home and comfortable…. the room was clean and comfortable…. the location perfect… so close to the bus stop to Manuel Antonio… and Quepos bud station… the owner has some great plans … and real pride in what he does …. we highly recommend this place for a great stay in Quepos

Pros: Cesar is de beste host die je kunt wensen, hij heeft alle tijd voor ons genomen, is heel aardig en gezellig en heeft goede restaurants geadviseerd. Ik zou iedereen aanraden hier naartoe te gaan. Het zit in een rustig straatje en we hebben aapjes gespot. We liepen per ongeluk wel even verkeerd de berg op :)

Pros: Unser Gastgeber hat uns sehr freundlich willkommen, er hat uns zahlreiche Tipps für Aktivitäten und Restaurants in der Nähe genannt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und mit tollen Bildern. Der Besuch war insgesamt sehr herzlich und verbindlich. Auch nach der Abreise blieben wir in Kontakt und der Gastgeber konnte uns wertvolle Tipps auf unserer weiteren Rundreise und Rückreise geben.

Perfect location to visit Manuel Antonio, walk around town, and rent a car
Pros: The room was cute and comfortable and the coffee was delicious. The host Ceaser greeted me, after a long hot trek up the hill, with cold water and a washcloth. He then had a big map of the city with all the attraction highlighted and familiarized me with Quepos. He also gave great restaurant recommendations. The location was walking distance from downtown, there is a small, but well stocked grocery store nearby. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Everything was great. Felt completely safe here as a solo female traveler.

Lovely in town room
Pros: Adorable room but small. Cesar was very helpful and congenial. Able to walk to town to eat. Secure place to park vehicle.
Cons: Wish he had a sign on property that said sunrise house. GPS brought us here accurately but if Cesar hasn’t answered phone promptly, we wouldn’t have know we had arrived.

Great Value with Fabulous Host
Pros: The most we liked our host Ceasar that made our stay 5x better. We loved that he waited for us and explained everything in the room plus all about the Quepos and Antonio Manuel NP. Furthermore, he helped us tremendously by booking tickets to the NP on his own card so that we can pay him back later. Overall, room is great value, designed nicely, safe gated parking, refrigerator, coffee ... all you can ask for on a short 2 night stay. Room is located on the edge of the city so it is quiet and you get spared from car noise. AC is good, coffee is great and provided by host that lives on the premises.
Cons: Approach to the house is sketchy, small road about 70m to the facility, but once you get there you appreciate the quietness and gated parking space (just in case, you never know)
