Habitat Surf Glamp

Excellent stay, would definitely recommend

Pros: We had a very nice stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were more comfortable than we expected and the location of the hostel is great (less than 5 min to the beach!!). We are nomad workers and the WiFi was very reliable and quick!

Pros: Josue and his crew were amazingly helpfull and sweet!

Pros: It has a shared kitchen and a small pool. There are fans in the tents. It's very close to the beach and Eat Street.

Cons: Showers are cold, but it's hot outside anyways.

Pros: We had a really nice stay at habitat surf glamp, the place is cool and very near from the beach!

Cons: They had some overbooking, so instead of our private tent we had to share a room with two other girls - which was okay. The toilet flush aswell as the light in the bathroom weren‘t working

Pros: Awesome location and great value for money around the expensive Santa Teresa Beach.

Cons: Bran new infrastructure

Pros: Kind and friendly staff member. Cute housing and public space. Nice to have a kitchen to save some money in Santa Teresa (which the expenses is above average in Costa Rica). Overall very recommended and will come back to Habitat one day!

Great place to stay! Book it!!!

Pros: Very friendly hosts, they were very helpful. Especially Gabriel and Johan were allways trying to make us feel at home and at ease. Josue is very friendly too, he helps you whenever you ask him. The location is really good. Close to the beach, restaurants and to the supermarket. (And the great Soda Pura Vida, and Italian Icecream shop Gaucha). Everything you need is in the kitchen. The rooms and beds are great! And beautifull wallpaintings and decoration are a good addition to the vibe. The house rules said it is quiet time at 9pm. But it never really was. There were allways some people to chill and sit with. And that's a good thing! It isn't a party hostel though.

Cons: Nothing really, but I would plant some extra plants, for example to separate the parking lot a bit more from the sitting area. And I would place some bean bags on the terrace next to the wall. There are some chairs there, but I would make that part a nice chillout zone.

Short stay at this glamping place

Pros: The location was great. The premises were nice and functional. Value for money was very good considering the options in the near surroundings. The option to park your car inside the gated area was a plus as well.

Cons: Since there were just two showers, the bathroom floors were very wet during peak showering times. Overall that's the only downside that I can think of.

Great value for money and nice place to stay.

Pros: Super friendly and helpful host. Generally good vibe and fun people staying there. The beach is super close and so are some cool bars and restaurants. Also, if you need to get your laundry done there is a place near by.

Unique stay in Santa Teresa

Pros: I liked the vibe of the place, very unique and lot of young people to meet and interact with. Never a boring moment.

Cons: I did not like the fact that there were only x2 toilets amongst many people.
