Pros: A great house with good facilities. Very clean. Looks exactly like the photos. Suren always responded quickly to all questions and provided us with all the necessary information. Good location on the edge of La Fortuna with access to swimming pool and picnic spot. A car is necessary.

Great we will be back

Pros: The house was very cute, clean and safe. The house had everything what we needed. Was easy to communicate with the host. The near by pool was great. The house was in a gated community and we felt very safe.

Pros: The house is very spacious with good size bedrooms, living room and is very well equipped. It is in a gated community with 24/7 security which is very nice. Nice views of Arenal Volcano from just outside the house.

Great safe spacious house to use as your base camp!

Pros: The area feels safe and the pool is quite lovely after a hot day.

Cons: The construction of the building is questionable…so I worry about the long term integrity of the building. You probably should have a car for this location or a budget for cabs.

Pura vida!!

Pros: Very nice gated community just minutes from everything we wanted to do. Easy commute to all restaurants and activities. The house is very spacious and well equipped. Definitely recommend. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked inviting. The hosts were responsive and the keypad on the door gave us piece of mind about having access.

Muy bien pero con algunas mejoras que hacer

Pros: La casa es monisima, está situada en una zona de urbanización vigilada muy cerquita del pueblo. Los aires acondicionados funcionan muy bien. Las camas son muy cómodas. Han sido resolutivos porque se rompió una luz y vinieron a arreglarla.

Cons: Tardan mucho tiempo en contestar (al rededor de varias horas incluso 1 día). No sale el agua caliente de la ducha, está muy templada. Muy pocos espejos en la casa. Espejo en el baño de arriba muy pequeño y unas estanterías tapan la luz con lo cual no se ve nada.

Séjour exceptionnel

Pros: Notre séjour au Toucan Nest était très agréable. Nous y avons passé 3 jours La maison est très bien située, à 2 pas de La Fortuna et des sites à visiter. La résidence sécurisée est très calme avec une vue imprenable sur le volcan Arenal. La communication avec le propriétaire était parfaite. Nous étions 6 adultes et avons apprécié les espaces. Nous recommandons cet hébergement.

Pros: La casa, el A/C, el aroma, las camas, decoración. Todo muy bien.

Cons: No hay parqueo propio, se debe parquear al frente, sin embargo es un área privada y con seguridad.

Pros: A very nibs cabin loaded with amenities. There were a few bottles of water in the fridge and a few bars of cereal for us. This was unexpected and really thoughtful. Suren also allowed us to check in around a few hours early and check out late free of charge.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind. We had everything we were looking for.
