Arenal Palacios

A nice house in a residential area of Fortuna.

Pros: This is a nice house in a residential area of Fortuna. It sits in its own secure compound with a swimming pool, an outdoor seating area and plenty of space to park. The house was modern and comfortable. It was easy walking distance from the house to eat at the Fortuna restaurants in the evening or to go out to the supermarket. We had a minor issue when we first arrived but the owner came straight out on a Sunday evening to sort things out.

Perfect little vacation home for adventurous traveler.

Pros: Awesome little house just on the edge of the town. The neighborhood was quiet with exception of the dogs. We felt safe at all times. Lovely little outdoor patio and plunge pool. Bedrooms and beds were comfortable. Linens were crisp!!

Cons: Bathroom is small, as is living room area with limited seating that was not overly comfortable. Didn't bother us as we did not spend much time at home.

Adorable well-kept newer house with full house amenities

Pros: This is an entire house. Pool outside. Property secured with an entrance gate. All the comforts of home with a full kitchen, laundry room, grill outside etc. Host left us fresh fruit and light snacks for our stay. Very nice guy

Cons: Property was in a neighborhood so there were barking dogs and such, but it was pretty quiet at night

Location and price was great.

Pros: If you want a great location, ability to walk downtown La Fortuna, new, safe, quiet, perfect for a few nights this place is for you. Loved the fruit/snacks provided. We had 5 people and was fine with one bathroom, sitting area inside small but nice patio/pool outside. Price was good deal.

Cons: could use some hooks on bathroom or bedrooms for towels, clothes.

Excellent

Pros: Really Great place to rent as a group or two couples. The house is clean, has 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds, a great kitchen with everything in it (you could even cook), and a bathroom with shower and hot water. Large interior private space where you can park the car, spend time in the pool or just sit under a roof in the night under the rain. The property is clean and they keep separate bins for different types of trash. Easy to find, just a few minutes away from center. Great wi-fi and great communication with owner.

Pros: Arenal Palacios impressed with its prime location and the beautiful, new house. The pool area is well-maintained and inviting. The excellent kitchen equipment is particularly noteworthy, ideal for self-catering. A thoroughly enjoyable stay for those who appreciate comfort and independence

Flott opphold.

Pros: The home was immaculately cleaned, the host was overwhelmingly hospitable, very private, and close to all entertainment.
