Comfy, great shower, firm beds, very secure premises. Not a place to cook any type of meal, LOL.
Pros: Finding it, and it was literally last minute was tough. They rely on google maps- got me there, but more clarification required. All was Excellent! Would have preferred some English TV considering a huge TV in the bdrm. But, all was fine. Very clean, shower built for 4 people, good beds. Certainly great for a day or two, not for a longer stay due to other concerns about kitchen. Certainly great for a few days - 1-2-3, maybe 4. Certainly am going back!!
Cons: I spoke with them about it, trust they will address it. As a whole, and as I am a Airbnb Superhost, I certainly recommend this place!!

A Conveniently Locate Home in La Fortuna
Pros: This home is an easy walk to the center of La Fortuna and a local Supermarket. We were able to walk to several restaurants in the downtown area. It is also very close to the main road needed to visit Arenal Volcano National Park and thermal hot springs in La Fortuna. We appreciated that a washer and dryer is available in the home, which we used once. The house itself was comfortable for the two of us.
Cons: It would have been nice to have a toaster in the kitchen, which it did not. It has been a long time since we rented a home that did not provide a toaster. We were also surprised to walk into the home at our 4pm arrival time that had not been cleaned from the prior booking. After some effort to reach the host via www.booking.com, we were informed at 7:10pm that the home had finally been cleaned. Things like this can happen from time to time, but it creates angst and discomfort when you walk into a 5-day rental that has unmade beds, damp/wet towels, and garbage from the prior renter. We ran into an awkward situation with the host requesting payment via Paypal, and not by credit card which we had to provide on www.booking.com. Since the host does not live in the La Fortuna area, it wasn't until day 4 of our 5 day stay that she offered to have someone stop by the house to collect our booking charge in cash. If cash payment is required, it needs to be made clear when booking a stay, which it was not in our case. Had it been, we would have opted to book another home that accepts credit cards for our visit to La Fortuna. We stayed in five different lodging places during this trip, and this was the only one that would not accept a credit card.

Bis auf den Straßenlärm sehr empfehlenswert.
Pros: Super Ausstattung mit Waschmaschine. Ausreichend Geschirr. Großes Appartment. Parkplatz am Grundstück. Direkte Aussicht auf den Vulkan!!!
Cons: Direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, somit war der Straßenlärm sehr laut. Kein Außenbereich zum Sitzen.

Ok.
Pros: It was located close to everything. Walking distance to downtown and all other amenities.
Cons: It was right next to a main road. The road noise was extremely loud even at night. The noise from trucks and motorcycles were uncomfortable after midnight.
