Above the Gulf

Pros: It is just an awesome hpuse with a stunning view frim the balcony in the jungle. Very good and comfy rooms and beds with a kitchen, where everything is included that you need. Daniela as the host was just wonderful and cared about us so much. Very good access to all activities but still on your own. All in all one of the best stays in Costa Rica. 100% recommandation..Once we aee back in this beautiful country ... this stay is a must !! Thank you !

A wonderful property in an amazing location.

Pros: Clear instructions as to how to find the accommodation down a very bumpy track. Host - Daniella - very friendly and helpful, arranged forest night tour for us. Amazing views and scenery - coatis coming right up to the house and onto the balcony! Property was very clean with great facilities. Walkable to restaurants - about 1.5km - need a torch at night. Highly recommend.

Très belle maison, mais un rapport qualité-prix qui reste élevé.

Pros: L’hôtel est très bien équipé, avec une magnifique vue, de grands espaces, une chambre spacieuse et une belle salle de bain. Tout le nécessaire pour la douche était fourni. Le grand plus : la présence d’une machine à laver et d’un sèche-linge, très pratique dans cette région, avec en plus les produits pour laver le linge.

Cons: Nous étions 8 personnes mais il n’y avait que 6 fourchettes. Le matériel de cuisine était un peu limité et la vaisselle adaptée pour 8 personnes serait un vrai plus.

Pros: בית מושקע, רואים שחשבו לפרטים בענייני עיצוב ואיכות המוצרים והמכשירים בבית. העיצוב נעים ומזמין, המטבח מאובזר ונוח, המרפסת מדהימה ונותנת השראה. המקום מבודד, בדיוק מה שרצינו. אהבנו את ההפרדה למיחזור. ערכי ונחמד

Exceptionally relaxing stay in a beautifully maintained property, thanks to the host

Pros: Daniela is an exceptional host. She was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Daniela personally greeted us at the house upon check-in and provided a thorough orientation. The house was impeccably clean and situated in a very convenient location. We were delighted to observe monkeys, white-tailed coatis, and a diverse array of bird species right from the property.

Cons: There was a minor issue with the credit card on file for the reservation being inaccessible to the host due to Booking.com's system However, Daniela was incredibly understanding and accommodating. She graciously held onto our reservation despite the lack of a confirmed payment method. We then worked together to find a suitable alternative payment arrangement. Daniela's flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile truly ensured a smooth stay for us

El bosque a tus pies

Pros: Las vistas increíbles sobre el bosque. La amabilidad de Daniela que nos vino a recibir. La comodidad de las camas. La cocina muy bien equipada. La amplitud de la sala, cocina, comedor. Está a unos minutos en coche del centro del pueblo.

Cons: Subestimamos lo aislada que está la casa y por la noche no estuvimos tranquilas, aunque Monteverde es muy tranquilo y seguro. La falta de iluminación en el exterior cuando llegas por la noche.

Un petit coin de paradis

Pros: La beauté de la maison, son isolement, la vie sauvage autour et l'accueil de la propriétaire. La vue et la taille de la maison.

Cons: La literie mais c'est une question de goût nous préférons les matelas dur ayant des soucis de dos. Pas de climatisation en plein soleil la maison devient vite très chaude. Le manque d'eau chaude pour 4.

Pros: L’emplacement, le calme, le confort de la maison et le petit déjeuner préparé par la propriétaire
