Sea song cabin with private waterfall and river

Comfortable nice location but some tricky aspects to stay

Pros: Great location Comfortable bed Decently equipped kitchen

Cons: No welcome book/instructions so had to contact owner to turn on hot water and try to find waterfall (couldn’t find ) Driveway impassable with our rented 2 wheel drive. Owner demanded more money to have covered fee w pay pal - even though not requested before transaction was sent

Pros: Such a stunning cabin. It exceeded our expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is immaculate. The view and setting are lovely, including the amazing sunsets. The furnishings are excellent and the (huge!) bed is very comfortable. David responded promptly to our request for the Wi-Fi password. We picked up the key from Ronnie at his excellent coffee shack. Recommend very highly.

Cons: The access road is steep. We would very happily stay here again despite this being the case - just thought I would mention this in case potential guests had mobility issues.

Great stay

Pros: Place was clean and bed was massive and so comfortable. David the host was really helpful and responded quickly even though he was away on holiday himself. Had walk down to the waterfall and a swim around.

Pros: Großartiger Standort, dort wo andere extra zum Mirador fahren, nur eben privat, einsam und privat ist auch der private Zugang zum Wasserfall, ich empfehle für den 19-minütigen Weg festes Schuhwerk. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sensationell, großzügig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht, Kitchenette… Großartig auch der Ausgangspunkt für alle Aktivitäten, wir wären gerne länger geblieben

Pros: Perfekte Lage! David war sehr unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Der Sternenhimmel und die Sonnenuntergänge sind dort großartig!

Perfect location, superb bed and linens, wonderful host.

Pros: The location is within a few minutes walk to great restaurants and a small store. The lovely walk to and from the rustic waterfall was only a little strenuous and the horses along the way made it magical. The kitchenette allowed us to make simple breakfasts and the bed ... the bed was a dream! The bed was so comfortable and the sheets and blankets were so soft and cozy with wonderful pillows. During our visit, Monteverde was cooler than usual for this time of year and it was so cozy to read in the wonderful nest of a bed! Although it was a bit too windy for us to have a fire, the fire pit is perfectly situated. The only thing I can think of that could improve upon this beautiful spot would be an outdoor bathtub :) David was so responsive, kind, and generous - we will definitely be back!

Pros: The owner is very nice and always reachable for any question. It’s an amazing place at very nice location and beautiful view of sunset. I will definitely recommend it for travel.

Pros: El alojamiento tenía todo lo necesario que necesitábamos y mucho más!! La ubicación fue increíble y la vista en la noche de las estrellas fue espectacular! Hasta estrellas fugaces logramos ver!
