Good place to stay and a good price. But AC only in Master bedroom

Pros: it felt very safe. i liked that you could park your car inside a locked gate. Kitchen was well stocked with coffee and 5 gallon of drinking water. Everything was clean and new. Owner was nice and communicative.

Cons: A major problem is that the property says there is air-conditioning. and this was a big factor in choosing to stay here. BUT there is only AC in the main bedroom...if you are traveling with several adults and one couple wants to close their door at night (for privacy or because they have a small child) the other bedroom does not cool down even with the fan on high. I think the description should be revised that there is AC in the master bedroom.
