Very good value for the money. Outstanding location

Pros: The location of this property is ideal. Literally, you see a beautiful garden, the beach and the sea from the master bedroom, the TV room/living room or the balcony.

Cons: The listing desribes the property as having access to a pool. Indeed, there is a pool nearby but it is in an adjacent building which is an old resort (and it shows) and there are plenty of stairs to get there. We did not even use the pool.

We loved it all. We felt safe, and condo was extremely nice. Having a keyless entry was fantastic.

Pros: Loved the location, the view. It was extremely clean. Having 3 bathrooms was awesome. There was a small cooler we were able to use for beach. The little welcome package was very sweet.

Cons: There is a lot of construction near Flamingo. It was far enough away it didn’t bother us as the condo but it was just unpleasant to walk around the area. I’m excited to see the results of the surrounding area.
