Pros: home is very comfortable, esthetically beautiful. location is wonderful. beaches are gorgeous and beach club with pool access ties it all together.

Cons: Outdoor pool needs to be cleaned every day, accumulates lots of debris. i also recommend tiki torches to help with the bug, mosquito and ant problem. Bathrooms need more than 1 roll of toilet paper. oven in the kitchen needs direction manual. Bedrooms need extra pillows.
