Beautiful stay in a beautiful townhouse!
Pros: Really beautiful townhouse, very clean & really comfy beds. Loved the day bed outside on the balcony! The whole complex is gorgeous with so many lovely trees & plants & really well maintained, it also feels very safe there. The pool area is absolutely so nice, very tropical. To lay by the pool & see monkeys swing through the trees was a real treat.
Cons: A few other reviews mentioned the hill up to the property, for us it was totally manageable & it's only the last bit that is steep but if you struggled with walking, you might find this hard.

Cons: the steep hill is a strenuous walk in any temperature but especially in the strong heat the pool area was unkempt, could have done with a bit of attention and cleaning

Lindo y Comodo
Pros: El lugar es como se ve en la fotos, muy lindo, limpio y comodo. Tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar. Está cerca de supermercado y farmacia y walking distance a la playa. La comunicación con Rocio (Host) fue muy buena y amable.
Cons: Nada que ver con el alojamiento. Antes de ir sólo validen el camino con el Host porque en mi caso el Maps me dijo que había una calle cortada (que no era verdad) y nos hizo tomar un camino alternativo poco agradable.

Very nice place, but a bit difficult to drive up there!
Pros: The apartment itself is very well equipped, nice decorated, the furniture is nice, the mattresses are very comfortable. The view is supernice and Rocio will come immediately if something is missing. She is the good soul of this rental. She is very helpful and would get a 10+
Cons: t is advisable to ask for the location before you go there, because on the booking.com app it didn't work. They have to send you the location, because you will not find it if you use the name on the Reservation. I didn't have internet on the way so it was really hard to find it and I couldn't reach them inmediately. This had been a bit stressful for my mother. It should be noticed somewhere, that you have to drive up on a hill, this street is not for everyone. I am an experienced driver, but with my Pick up it had been quite difficult. I have been glad when I was driving down the last time. Everything in the Apartment was nice, I only didn't like the pillows, because underneath the cover, the pillow itself it had been very used - it had been very dirty und unhygienic. I have a hotel myself, but I am using protectors to keep the pillow clean and to be able to wash it. This pillow had been yellow with a lot of stains.

Aanrader als je met je gezin even in luxe wil verblijven tijdens je reis door Costa Rica.
Pros: Prachtig ingericht huis en van alle gemakken voorzien. Je hoeft alleen de straat over te steken om bij de strandopgang te komen. Ook het zwembad was een heerlijke afwisseling met de zee. Dit huis en Santa Teresa Beach was de mooiste plek en ons zelfbenoemde paradijsje tijdens onze maand in Costa Rica.
Cons: De ventilator op een slaapkamer was kapot en de gootsteen lekte, maar dat waren hick-ups die in het niet vielen bij de voordelen.
