Magical stay in a magical location.

Pros: Great location, although it's near a parking lot that has a lot of ATV's coming and going. Can be noisy, but worth because of proximity to Banana Beach. Our concierge was EXCELLENT. Love the house, worked really well and nicely decorated. I would stay there again. Great lightings, comfy furniture, great Marshall boom box, AC's were excellent. I love this place.

Cons: There were several things that needed to be fixed. Most were addressed. Plumbing was a little scary. Water pressure way too low. The fountain to the plunge pool didn't work until half way through the trip and you need it on to drown out the noise from the parking lot. I would request that it stay on the from dawn until dusk.

The right place for the right type of tourist

Pros: House is pretty big for two couples or a small family, close to the beach, the host was very friendly and helpful The private pool was nice and convenient for relaxing during night

Cons: Parking is confusing and limited, the place is near to the banana beach bar so its super noisy and crowded during the evening and late night, in Santa Teresa there's always issues with the sewer you can perceive a very bad smell in the whole street this situation is known for years and the locals and the government seem not to care (so the tourists) We found some underwear in one of the cabinets in the bathrooms... And there was a bad smell in one of the bathrooms Younger couples looking for a party will have a great time in the area as the bar has electronic music all night

Pros: Very good location, great host and the private pool is amazing

Pros: La casa es súper confortable, cercanía a supermercado, restaurantes, nos facilitó mucho nuestra estadía y celebración de cumpleaños, Bakery, Somos, Pronto, y muchos más lugares que te podemos recomendar indudablemente volveremos a casa Ketshe ! Gracias Rocio súper atenta

Cons: No hay nada que decir todo fue bonito

Zeer fijne accommodatie met uitstekende locatie

Pros: De locatie is heel dichtbij het strand en op loopafstand van restaurants en winkels. Het huis zelf is goed ingericht met zowel binnen en buiten een lekkere zithoek. Twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers waren fijn. Goeie douche en erg ruime lekkere bedden.

Cons: Er kwam geen vaste schoonmaak, alleen op verzoek. We hadden wel wat last van insecten etc die in huis kwamen. Je hoort af en toe auto’s/motoren wegrijden van de parkeerplaats.

Pros: מיקום מטורף! דירה מושלמת ל4 אנשים עם ספה ומקום אירוח, מטבח מאווזר, מזגנים בחדרים והסלון וחדרי רחצה פרטיים. גם החצר מזמינה ונעימה

Cons: הייתה תקלה באור בשירותים

Excellent séjour, parfait après avoir parcouru une partie du Costa Rica durant 10 jours.

Pros: Appartement très spacieux avec équipements modernes. Endroit très calme et proche de la superbe plage. Magnifique chambres et salles de bain. Petit jardin privatif avec piscine.

An amazing place

Pros: great interior design , amazing location to be close to the beach, many great restaurants within 5 mins walk , relaxing space . spent hot afternoons on the day bed listening to the pool waterfall . The showers with sky lights are glorious . Well equipped even with boogie boards to enjoy the amazing surf !

Cons: if is write beside a large parking lot/ road so can be a bit noisy at times if outside but inside very very quiet .

Pros: La comodidad de la casa, muy fresca, cerca de todo y con la playa y un restaurante de fondo excelente.
