Pros: Prachtige villa, met alles wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben. Sfeervol ingericht en schoon. Goede communicatie. Dichtbij strand, restaurants en winkels. Goede bedden.
Cons: De bubbelfunctie van het zwembad deed het niet, maar dat is slechts een luxe-probleem

Gran lugar de descanso
Pros: Sus instalaciones son muy acogedoras y completas, la casa es perfecta para descansar y desconectarse
Cons: Factores externos afectaron nuestra estadía No es culpa de los dueños pero el servicio de agua es muy intermitente y nos afectó bastante , nos falló el A/C toda una noche y fue muy difícil dormir esa noche

נהנו מאד מהשהייה ומהשירות המקסים והמתחשב. חשוב לפתור את בעיית הנדלים והג׳וקים כדי להפוך את חוויית האירוח למושלמת.
Pros: קירבה ומרחק הליכה קצר מאד לחוף הים, למסעדות, בתי קפה וחנויות. מקום האירוח מאובזר בכל מה שצריך ומעבר לכך. ניכרת חשיבה ותשומת לב לפרטים בכל הקשור לנוחות. הצוות מקסים וקשוב ו-Rocio היתה זמינה לכל שאלה, בקשה ובכל שעה. יש הקפדה על תחזוקת המקום, הבריכה תוספת נחמדה כשלא גשום.
Cons: בעיה של ריבוי נדלים ( מרבי רגליים ) שנכנסים לדירה ושל ג׳וקים

Great stay, great service, and an awesome stay.
Pros: It was a very short getaway with my family, but I have lots of comments: 1. Cleanliness: Everything was very clean, the rooms, bathroom, dishes, etc. Nothing smelled weird and it was very well taken care. 2. Service: The concierge was very kind, responsive, proactive, and biased for action. At some point we ran out of gas, which she immediately solved for us and also offered a pool clean out of regular schedule due to some rain in the area. We even asked for late check out which was reviewed by their team and later approved in a very client first manner. They let us stay some extra time but got themselves a forever client for each time we go to ST. 3. Value: The house is maybe 200mts away from the beach and we literally walked all the time, it was very easy to get in and also to check out. The rooms were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped and everything was wonderful. TLDR: Great stay, great service, and an awesome stay.
Cons: 1. Pool: It's a reduced pool space, which is shown in the pictures, but make sure to consider this if you are traveling with kids or 4+ people. 2. Animals: There's animals due to the location itself, but would be great to have an OFF or RAID can in the place. These are thing we typically don't travel with so would be helpful as added value. Of course the host can't control animals besides fumigation. 3. Garage: This is not a negative aspect, but more of a heads up for anyone traveling with 1+ car. The place only has 1 parking space, so if you are a family of 5 traveling in 2 cars, make sure to plan ahead and be aware that the other car will need to be parked by the street. It's a safe place, but still not on private property.

Pros: Era cómodo y muy ordenado Así como la piscina que era muy genial. Muy bien equipado en cada área. Aire acondicionado que es muy agradable para el tipo de ambiente caluroso
Cons: No me gustó que llegara el encargado de mantenimiento de la piscina sin avisar. Llegó con su propia llave y sin avisar lo cual fue inoportuno ya que me asusté un poco por no saber quiera era hasta que nos indicó que era de la piscina. La plantilla de gas estaba defectuosa Cuando la encendíamos se apagaba sola. Y uno de los discos se encendía hasta la mitad haciendo un sonido algo extraño.

The perfect spot in Santa Teresa!
Pros: Walking distance from the beach, amazing restaurants and very fun dancing. Also VERY chic. The perfect little space! Would 1000 times over stay here again!
Cons: There were a few little ants but the host was very responsive about sending the cleaner.

Muy buena
Pros: La piscina, que tuviera aire acondicionado y que tuviera parrilla con gas!
Cons: El baño que está por la cocina… está un poco percudido en el desagüe, habían muchas cucarachas, había una gotera en el corredor y que no tuviera lámparas de seguridad ya que se fue la luz y nos tuvimos que quedar 1:20min a oscuras.

Villa ideal para desconectar y disfrutar en santa teresa
Pros: La villa es ideal. Muy práctica, con una preciosa decoración y con todas las comodidades. La piscina ideal y el jardín ideal! Ademas estas en el centro de santa teresa, muy cerca de todo pero en una calle donde realmente puedes dormir sin ruido, tranquilo.
