Amazing location and comfortable

Pros: Fantastic location- easy walk to Uvita beach and the house is very comfortable and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go back anytime! Kim was great in helping us with keys and super responsive. A five star review for us!

Pros: Unkomplizierte Übergabe mit Schlüsselcode, etwas spät aber noch ausreichend ^^ Wunderschöne Alleinlage mit einem kleinen Abkühlpool. Zwei riesengroße Schlafzimmer mit sehr guten Betten und jeweils direkt angrenzendem Bad. Großzügiger Wohnbereich

Cons: Die Ausstattung fanden wir etwas dünn für dieses Schmuckstück. Nur Plastikbecher, wenig Besteck, eine Toilettenbürste für zwei Badezimmer, insgesamt etwas lieblos alles, was sehr sehr schade ist. Mit ein bischem mehr Aufwand wäre das unsere Nummer 1 auf der Rundreise gewesen.

Très bon séjour pour profiter des plages et du parc.

Pros: Logement moderne très bien situé proche du parc des Ballenas avec une petite piscine. Lits très confortables, chambres et salles de bains spacieuses. Équipement électroménager parfait. Très bon restaurant a 200 m.

Cons: La communication du gérant a été faite un peu au dernier moment mais a été efficace ensuite. Très peu de couverts et pas de vrais verres alors que le reste de l’équipement est très bien.

Pros: It is very close to the beach and restaurants. The beds are very comfortable.

Cons: The pictures of the pool are deceiving. It is a very small pool (more like a jacuzzi).

Séjour très agréable dans cette demeure, on ne peut pas être déçu si on aime confort et propreté

Pros: La maison est très confortable, fonctionnelle, au bout d'une impasse, au calme. La propreté de la piscine vous invite vraiment à vous y baigner. Tout pour cuisiner, comme chez nous.

Cons: Manque des verres, car boire dans des gobelets et/ou mugs n'est vraiment pas agréable. Dans une belle maison, il aurait été agréable de boire dans de vrais verres pour le vin et l'apéritif. Aussi, il faut savoir que tous les soirs (3 pour nous), les trois chiens du voisin du proche n'arrêtent pas d'aboyer de 19h30 jusqu'à 23 heures. Les propriétaires des chiens font preuve d'incivilité. Cela est dérangeant.

Top Haus in Uvita

Pros: Sehr grosszügiges Haus, sehr sauber, nahe bei Strand und Restaurants. Es war sehr ruhig, wir haben es sehr genossen, am Morgen die Vögel zu hören. Die Verwalterin reagierte immer schnell auf Anfragen.

Cons: Das hat nichts mit dem Haus direkt zu tun: es gab ausserhalb irgendwo einen Wasserrohrbruch und wir hatten 1 Tag kein Wasser. Wir durften aber das Poolwasser für die WC-Spülung nutzen und die Verwalterin bot uns an, uns Trinkwasser zu bringen. Sie hat wirklich schnell reagiert.

Pros: Mooi, schoon en alles erop en aan. Grote slaapkamers met airco en ventilator en ruime woonkamer met plafond ventilator.

Cons: Geen airco in woonkamer.
