Nice stay in the jungle.

Pros: We stayed for three nights in this place. The “villa” we got was very spacious and situated in the jungle. We stayed as a family of four and enjoyed having a fully equipped kitchen to cook our own meals and fix our own breakfast. Close to nice beaches - especially playa real which we named pirate beach, as well as playa Conchal - a 500m drive. From there you can walk through the whole bay to get to some nice snorkelling - and the area that gave the beach its name: a beach with no sand but just shells. Magic.

Cons: It is quite far off - which we loved. But good to know. The last bit of road is a bit rough.

Beautiful tropical surroundings with large swimming pool an walking distance from the beach

Pros: The seating area outside and the swimming pool are really beautiful in a tropical setting. It is truly beautiful with daily visit from monkeys in the morning at the swimming pool. So great to see.

Cons: Surroundings feel a bit outdated. And it is not well stated that the bedrooms are separate outside (not handy with small children)

Peaceful nature

Pros: The house was lovely and really well equipped. The host was fantastic. It is located at the quieter end if playa conchal which suited us. Beautiful surroundings

Cons: It's not a dislike because we managed fine but be warned the road to get there is quite long and is basically crumbled mountain stroon in a relatively straight line through the forest. So be prepared to sh*t a kidney when you reach the destination.

Pros: Wow! What a fantastic villa! It features an incredible open sitting area with a plunge pool and a fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping arrangements are excellent, with a master bedroom and ensuite bathroom accessible through one entrance, and additional bedrooms and washrooms through a second entrance – all beautifully decorated. The host was welcoming and responded promptly to any questions. The villa is very close to Playa Conchal, a gorgeous beach. We strongly recommend choosing this accommodation instead of a hotel.

Pros: Nice location. Between for me the most beautiful beaches at the pacific. Playa Minas and playa conchal! Better to have a car! I was a solo traveller so felt more safe. Also super comfy bed. Big shower. Lots of space

Cons: Nothing about the property, but a bit lonely for a single traveller because it’s a bit isolated. Unless you don’t mind

A place we will definitely return to.

Pros: The villa that was assigned to us was very well equipped, we were welcomed with a big smile and we were informed of the nearby beaches (spectacular to spend the day and watch the sunset).

Cons: The access to the place was under repair, however there were no major mishaps.

Pros: Perfect location if you have a car. Close to all beaches. You get more than you paid for.

Pros: Self cooking facilities were good location 5 minutes walk down a quiet road to Playa Conchal 25 minute drive to Tamarindo Very quiet

Cons: It would have been nice to have a few cooking supplies (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, spices) Monkeys opened the refrigerator and ate all of our food. Need to be aware of this and make sure to lock the fridge (there was a clasp and a lock but no key)
