Pros: Good size room. Basic, but good for the price. Lovely big terrace outside. Location perfect. Very near the beach. Kitchen also fine....not that well equipped, but sufficient.

Acceptable

Pros: Great views. Excellent location close to town. Over the road from a nice swimming beach. Dogs and cats were very cute. Occasional white face capuchin monkey on site. Selina able to book many tours.

Cons: Didn’t empty the bin the whole four nights we were there. No hot water in some rooms. Kitchen is fairly poorly-equiped. No house keeping. Under-sold how dodgy the path was to the local waterfall, and our friend broke his foot (healthy / fit young man). Once he broke his foot the staff were like, oh yeah that path is really bad. Our friend is now in a moon boot and can’t work for several weeks.

Pros: Clean, by the beach and the owner was really nice. There’s also a kitchen available but we stayed for only one night and haven’t used it. The room was basic but great for what we needed. Would stay here again.

Best accomodation in Montezuma quality price

Super family hotel, great value for money and an exceptional location.

Pros: Fabulous location right next to the beach and within easy walking distance of the village centre and restaurants. The rooms are simple but spacious and clean. The kitchen facilities were very good. We loved the large veranda.

Relaxing beachfront accomodation with great location

Pros: Beautiful beach front property right near centre of town. Large spacious rooms, with large windows that open right out to the ocean. Great location - walking distance to both town and Montezuma waterfalls. Well equipped/clean shared kitchen.

Cons: Unable to pay with card. Cash only. No air conditioning (however we were there in the hottest month and there is a beautiful breeze from the ocean so we did not need + fan in room)

It was everything we need and more!

Pros: Right by the beach and near the town. Very friendly and helpful manager.

Cons: Nothing really. Not all the rooms had AC but we were afforded a choice and it was all very pleasant.

Great place to spend your time in Montezuma, very friendly hosts and worth the money.

Pros: Fantastic location very close to the sea, to the beach and Montezuma centre. Very clean room and comfortable bed. Small fridge in the room would be perfect, otherwise everything was excellent.

Pros: Sitting on the communal porch. The efficient air-con and fan. The location was very good for watching wildlife.
