House in the palm forest

Pros: We loved it! Cozy, awesome staff, nature - everything you need😊

A perfect shared facilities jungle guest house with a gorgeous host. Would recommend for a tranquil stay in the forest.

Pros: The secluded nature. Tucked away from the crowds of Samara and Playa Carrillo.

Cons: It is remote so a car is essential. We loved it.

Pros: You couldn’t wish for better hosts and room/ garden / kitchen facilities / location and maybe I was lucky but all the other guests ( maximum of 12 ,at a time ) were amazing people . My 10 days were making great new friends , very kind and genuine people seem to gravitate to this beautiful hotel . You will see monkeys in the trees and wake to their howls & the bird life and that’s it , no road noise , leisurely coffee and breakfast then onto your day :) Absolutely faultless , highly highly recommend . Thank you so very much Hani & Honza , cannot wait to return 🕊️❤️

Quiet, private, very well attended, surrounded by lush vegetation, everything you need for a short stay.

Pros: The property is exceptionally well kept and clean. It is set back from the road a good distance so you don’t hear traffic noise at all, just the sounds of nature around. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need as well as covered totes for your dry goods. No air conditioning in the rooms, but we likely wouldn’t have used it anyway. The rooms have a fan and good ventilation. Great wifi. 5 min drive to Playa Carillo which is great for swimming and spending time under the palms.

Cons: Bathroom is a bit small. A towel hook beside the shower would be nice.

Great and Hospitable Stay :)

Pros: Beautiful property with amazing amenities. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you might need for cooking. Also, tea and coffee provided by the host. Also, fresh picked fruit from the land was offered by the host. The facility has a lovely pool, great parking spots and super nice and clean rooms.

Cons: Nothing. It was great.

Pros: Everything was absolutely perfect 😍 The location in the middle of the jungle, the tranquility and above all the hospitality of the owners, Honey and her husband welcomed me as if I was a member of their family 🙏

Pros: Ideal for eco-minded, minimalist travel preference and anyone on a budget. Beautiful, well kept property in the forest, comfortable seating for relaxation, well equipped outdoor kitchen, friendly travelers and very accommodating owner operated property.

Pros: Great place run by a lovely lady. If you look for a place in playa Carrillo or Samara do not further this is the right place to stay. 2 minute to playa Carrillo and 15 to Samara. Surrounded by a lovely forest of palms. TOP LOCATIONS

Great Location and nice stay, lovely host

Pros: The hosts are really nice and always willing to support in case of any issues. The accommodations are equipped with a convenient bed. Everything is new, in good condition and very clean from bathrooms to the common kitchen. There is sufficient parking space on the property and you are virtually in a big forest with plenty of (palm) trees.

Cons: The only minor issues to be worth mentioned are that there is very weak WiFi at the accommodations in particular and on the property in general as well as that you need to be aware of the fact that there are always “paired” bungalows with one common patio.
