Perfect place to stay when arriving or leaving Costa Rica

Pros: Clean and comfortable, short taxi ride from the airport. The host is very friendly and helpful. So nice drinking coffee with her while watching the amazing bird life!

Reliable accommodation near the airport with a lovely host!

Pros: Katty is an exceptional host! She made sure I felt at home, even offered me some chamomile, and was great to chat to. She is definitely a hard worker who tries her best to give her guests everything they need. The room was clean, she gave me a separé to have some privacy, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was functional and spacious. In the morning you could see colibrís outside of the window, my first taste of Tico wildlife. Katty helped me book the taxi to my next destination and got up early to make sure I would catch it in time. Very positive experience! I wish her the best and I hope she can retire soon and move to the coast as she told me she would love. Gracias!!

Cons: The area is a bit sketchy at night. This has nothing to do with Katty’s efforts of course. On the contrary, she came out to the street to walk me to the entrance. Nothing to fear anyway!

Perfect location for airport and Katty is fabulous

Pros: Katty is a really fun character and was so helpful. Great herbs and spices if self catering, cold water in the fridge and a well equipped kitchen. Great location for airport.

Cons: We had a quadruple room for two of us….would be very small space for 4. Communal area good though. Great Panaderia very close by

Fantastic place close to the airport!

Pros: Super accessible from the airport. The hostess was extremely kind and our room was spotless. Coffee was great and Wi-Fi worked without problems.
