Costa Rica 🇨🇷

Pros: Location of the hotel is good, staff is friendly, pool is large enough to accommodate large groups.

Cons: There was a problem with the water pipelines. It burst in the middle of the night and couldn't get any help from the hotel staff. I had a bad night of sleep since the water was running free inside the rooms and the floor was covered by water. The manager offered 2 free meals as reparation for the inconvenience, though.

Pros: Liked the stil of the hotel, it had a cool design. Eat the pasta carbonara at their resturant and it was suprisingly good.

I would recommend the place to friends and family. Excellent location and attentive staff.

Pros: The bathroom and bedroom were spotless, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Cons: When the sun was not shining, the solar panels did not produce much hot water.

Pros: La ubicación , limpieza y recepcionista excelente .

Cons: El ascensor muy lento solo para 2 personas . Tuvimos problemas con el agua y de tuberías taqueadas . Faltan accesorios en la ducha . La piscina estuvo sucia 2 días .

Pros: El club tiene instalaciones súper nuevas, todo está reluciente. Seguro y cómodo. El personal súper atento. Tiene varias opciones de restaurantes en el mismo complejo.

Pros: Chambre propre Matelas très confort, ménage et serviette impeccable Possibilité de manger en bas de l' hôtel Le petit déjeuner au restaurant la ballena (dommage qu'il ne soit pas sur place mais le typico était génial et possibilité d' avoir une lunch la veille si départ tôt dej au maracuya pas terrible)

Cons: Insonorisation ! La porte laisse entrer la musique Une dose de café dans la chambre pour deux personnes pour trois jours sinon deux euros la dose
