Pros: Really lovely staff who were very helpful with recommendations, booking taxis, surf classes and just friendly to chat with. The place felt clean and had a nice overall vibe.

Cons: The venue was good, nice rooms and felt clean, in general. the only real minus was the AC that leaked so much water that the floor was always a bit wet and we had to use our towels to stop it. The staff tried to fix it several times but it leaked throughout the week. Technical issue, so I’m sure they will fix it but that was the only minus during the week. All in all we were very happy though :)

The Ideal Surf and Relaxation Getaway

Pros: We absolutely loved this place. It is just a one minute walk from the beach, which is one of the best surfing beaches in the area, and about a five to ten minute walk to some great restaurants and bars. The property’s swimming pool is just as beautiful as it looks in the photos. We also used the spa, which was definitely worth it. It was our first time trying an ice bath, but the staff guided us through it wonderfully. I highly recommend doing this while staying here. The whole family that runs the property is incredibly friendly and always happy to help with anything. The place is spotless, the kitchen has everything you need, and you can rent surfboards on site. We highly recommend staying here when visiting Santa Teresa!

Pros: We can start by thanking the staff for the upgrade as they had availability. We booked a room and ended up with a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. There was daily cleaning of the apartment and change of towels. Very well equipped kitchen. The amenities were great, incredible pool and the outdoor gym (even though some of the equipment is a bit rusty) is really relaxing and great for a workout. Staff is just incredible, really kind and always available for anything you need!

Cons: TV was broken :( Also, pay with cash only policy is not very helpful.

Pros: Great location on the Santa Teresa main road, nice garden setting and scenery, surf vibe, friendly and flexible staff! Guard at night so very secure.

Cons: Some additional maintenance would be great Cash only policy (but we managed to pay via credit card) Rooms in the attic are not for tall people (but they allowed us to switch rooms)

Pros: The pool was amazing. You could have a great relax moment. The place attracts nice people so great atmosphere. Also the gym area was nice, with some equipment to do a small work out. Close to the beach and some places to eat. Would definitely recommend

Cons: If you have noisy neigbours, you might hear them. We heard every step they made in our room

Pros: The pool and gym were lovely, and the staff were very friendly. They also let us park our car on site which was good. It was a really great shared kitchen and we made friends with our neighbour. It is right opposite ani’s which is a delicious breakfast/brunch/lunch spot.

Cons: It is cash only, which was a little bit annoying as many ATMs would not work with our bank cards. The hot water pressure was also very weak.

Amazing surf cabin

Pros: Adoreable stylish cabin, really fun to stay in. All the kitchen stuff we needed. Just prefect for a surf town! And opposite Ani’s with great coffee and breakfast!

Cons: Somos bar was sometimes a bit noisy and is virtually next door! Grids was still very peaceful though - we adored our stay there despite the torrential rain, and could have very happily moved in forever!

Griss Lodge improved our amazing stay in Santa Teresa

Pros: The full house was awesome for a group of people. We felt very comfortable and was near all the restaurants such as ANIs BOWLS or MAZZU or EL FACON, shops, surf schools such as THE SOMOS. The view to swimming pool and the general environment of silence are the best. Also the welcome from some of the partners of the property 😊

Cons: We were asked to pay the whole quantity in cash, so it was a huge effort bearing in mind we were in the middle of our trip. We found a croach and some tiny rounded balls in the house, although it is in the nature, we were fisrtly surprise.

Great location and lovely staff!

Pros: The pool and lounging area is beautiful, very quiet location but close to everything you need! We loved it

Cons: The only fault we have is that the room had a musty smell
